落地式阳台

  　　(1)晾晒。现代化住宅楼层较高，居室内采光条件相对较差，落地式阳台的一整面墙都是开放的，阳光可以从这个区域照进室内，但是由于阳台面积有限，所以光线只有在特定时候才比较强烈。这里也是家中衣物晾晒的重要区域，在阳台的吊顶位置，安装一组晾晒杆，可让衣物接受自然光的直接照射。  

  　　(2)养植物。正是因为这个区域光线充足，所以人们常在此处养植盆栽，花草需要接受阳光的照射，才能进行光合作用，生长速度也因此会加快。落地式阳台具有得天独厚的优势，此处既通风，光照条件又很好，可满足植物的生长需求。  

  　　(3)休闲。无论工作还是生活，人们多和手机、电脑打交道，这类产品亮度强，对人眼会形成伤害，长期处于这种环境中，会加剧人们的焦虑心理，想要休闲一下，落地式阳台就是一个好去处。在这里摆放一组简单的竹制桌椅，在阳光充足的时候，品茶看书，这样的休闲时光可谓是十分享受了。  

  　　(1)排水问题。一般来说，落地式阳台有二分之一的空间都是开放形式，一旦下雨，雨水就很容易渗入到居室内，如果阳台不具备排水系统，那么居室内就会形成积水，对生活造成巨大影响。设计时，最好让落地式阳台与客厅保持一定的高度差，4厘米到6厘米之间即可，而且从阳台到地面，要有一定的倾斜度，使得积水能够顺着这个方向流掉。  

  　　(2)材料问题。从某种程度上来说，落地式阳台就相当于完全暴露在户外，如果木质材料不过关，就极有可能在短时间内断裂，甚至是腐烂，阳台是一个整体，部分区域出现问题，就需要对整体进行维修。为了避免这种情况，在搭建时，最好使用新型防水、防腐材料。  

  　　很多人都认为，阳台一般只在白天才会去，晚上去的可能性非常低，安装常见的节能灯就行了，其实，如果想提高居室档次，落地式阳台的照明灯安装也不能马虎。如果落地式阳台的空间比较小，那么灯具体积不宜过大，建议购买铁艺吊灯或者是直筒灯，需要注意的是，不宜因为吊灯的安装而影响到晾晒。如果阳台面积足够大，在安装正常照明灯的前提下，还可以安装调节居室色调的壁灯和落地灯。当然，究竟安装何种灯具，还是要根据居室的装修风格来定，如果居室是中式风格，那么可选择实木材质的古朴灯具。  

  　　落地式阳台位于一楼，为了保证照明，需要处于部分开放状态，安装透明玻璃最为适宜，但是，这在某种程度上，也存在安全隐患。现如今，市面上出现了一种新型玻璃样式，从户外看不到户内，但是从户内却能看到户外，建议大家安装这种。除此之外，也要选择安全性能较高的强化玻璃，它不会轻易破碎，减少了事故的可能性。当然，一楼是安全性最差的楼层，要想减少小偷入室盗窃的可能性，落地式阳台窗户的外层肯定要安装防盗系统。  

  　　(1)尽量不要在实木复合门的门扇上面悬挂过于贵重的物品。另外应该尖锐物对于门扇的磕碰。  

  　　(2)开启或者关闭实木复合门的时候，不要用力过猛，也不要用力撞击实木复合门。  

  　　(3)擦洗实木复合门的时候，我们最好选择软布清洗实木复合门，不要用硬布擦实木复合门，从而防止硬布划伤门扇的表面。  

  　　选择节能插座，最主要在看他的节能率(是不是整套设备可以一起节能)，其次看它是否能保护电器(防雷击，清除电力垃圾)，还有要看它的材质等，另外一个需要注意的是查看节能插座的使用寿命，对电器有无特殊性保护作用等。原则指导上，用户选购时应该根据自己的需求合理选择节能插座产品。  

  　　铝合金窗选购，要从五个“看”入手。  

  　　一看材质  

  　　铝合金窗主要用材一般包括三个方面：铝型材、玻璃、五金件，优质的铝合金窗所用的铝型材壁厚应在不低于1.2mm以上，氧化膜厚度应达到10微米;钢化玻璃较普通玻璃要好;不锈钢材质的五金配件要比铝质配件好。  

  　　二看加工  

  　　优质的铝合金窗，加工精细，切线流畅、角度一致，在拼接过程中应该不会出现较明显的缝隙，密封性能好，开关顺畅。劣质的铝合金窗，特别是铝合金室外窗产品如果加工不合格，会出现密封性质问题，不仅漏风漏雨，而且在强风和大的外力的作用下，玻璃会出现炸裂、脱落现象。  

  　　三看外观  

  　　铝合金窗表面不应有明显的擦伤、划伤、碰伤等缺陷。窗上相邻构件着色表面不应有明显的色差。窗表面不应有铝屑、毛刺、油斑或其他污迹，装配连接处不应有外溢的胶粘剂。  

  　　四看性能  

  　　铝合金窗的性能通常要考虑以下几个方面：强度，体现在铝合金窗的型材的选料上，是否能承受超高压;气密性，主要体现在窗结构上，窗的内扇与外框结构是否严密等;水密性，主要考核铝合金窗是否存在积水、渗漏现象;隔音性，这主要起决于中空玻璃的隔音效果和其它特殊的隔音气密条结构以及开闭力、开闭锁耐久性等其它窗配件的耐久性。  

  　　五看价格  

  　　一般情况下，优质铝合金窗的价格要比劣质铝合金窗产品要高30%，劣质铝合金窗通常采用含有大量杂质的回收铝挤压的铝型材，所用的铝型材有的壁厚仅0.6-0.8毫米，无论是从抗拉强度还是屈服度都大大低于国家有关规定，这类铝合金窗，特别是铝合金户外窗很不安全，所以在选购时千万不要图一时的便宜而轻视了自己和他人的人身安全。
