防滑垫子

  　　防滑橡胶地垫除了具有防滑的作用以外，橡胶的天然材质，也不会产生污染问题，铺设在地面上也起到一定的装饰感，可以增加地表的弹性、安全性、美观度和舒适性。  

  　　防滑橡胶地垫清洗：  

  　　一、污染较轻  

  　　1、将地垫翻转，抖落沙土，通底型地垫则无需翻转，直接抖落沙土。  

  　　2、用吸尘机吸走地垫表面与地垫纤维空隙间的尘土。  

  　　3、将地面清理擦拭干净。  

  　　4、重新摆放好地垫。  

  　　二、污染较重  

  　　1、与每天维护型一样，首先要抖掉地垫上的尘土。  

  　　2、使用高水压水管冲洗，最好用40℃以下水温冲洗，可以适当使用一些中性清洁剂，不要用酸碱性清洁剂清洗地垫，因为它们会加速地垫的老化。  

  　　3、晒干地垫及保持地垫干爽。  

  　　4、重新摆放好地垫。  

  　　pvc防滑地垫顾名思义就是使用pvc材料制作而成的防滑地垫。pvc是polyvinyl  chloride的缩写，中文名为聚氯乙烯，是一种使用一个氯原子取代聚乙烯中的一个氢原子的高分子材料，分子结构为。  

  　　pvc防滑地垫耐磨、耐久性佳，防霉、防紫外光，表面构造平滑，方便水份沙粒微尘落于底部，易于清洗。一般放置于门口、过道、卫生间、茶水间、厨房等各处，既有清洁地面防污染、汲水防滑等作用，同时又兼具美化地面的功能。  

           1.电热水器  

  　　许多家庭为了方便使用热水，让热水器24小时通电，其中很大部分电能消耗在了白天和夜间的反复加热上面。1000瓦功率的用电器，1小时消耗的电量是1  度，那么1500瓦通电热水器每三小时热水器自动加热30分钟，每天加热时间是240分钟，每天耗电6度。使用自动开关插座后，可以设定在早上起床前半个小时开始加热，起床后就能用上热水.设定下班回家半个小时前开始加热，回家就能洗个热水澡。如果是三口之家，晚上热水器还需要工作一个半小时加热，一天下来热水器工作时间缩短为两个小时，节约3度电，同时还延长了热水器的使用寿命，集节能、方便、安全、实用于一体。  

  　　2.饮水机  

  　　很多家庭或者办公场所饮水机24小时通电，300瓦的饮水机每20分钟加热5分钟，每天加热24*60/20*5=360分钟=6小时，每天耗电0.3*6=1.8度，一年耗电648度。使用定时器后，设定在起床前和下班回家前15分钟通电，到家就能喝上，用上热水。晚上在家的6点到12点可以让机器通电，每天加热100分钟，每天耗电0.3*1.7=0.51度，每月耗电15.3度，一年耗电183.6度。同时，饮用水加热6小时以上会产生亚硝酸盐，可致癌、产生血管等疾病，定时开关分时加热是最好的解决方案。  

  　　3.电视机  

  　　一般人们晚上看完电视要关电视的时候，会直接关掉遥控器，关电脑的时候只关了主机，这个时候电源还是接电的，电视还会有10W-50W的功耗在消耗，电脑也有，这些消耗的电能就叫待机功耗，如果一天以18小时待机计算，一个家庭一天50W的待机功耗，一天差不多就一度电的消耗。这些都可以通过节能插座来设定。  

  　　选择节能插座，最主要在看他的节能率(是不是整套设备可以一起节能)，其次看它是否能保护电器(防雷击，清除电力垃圾)，还有要看它的材质等，另外一个需要注意的是查看节能插座的使用寿命，对电器有无特殊性保护作用等。原则指导上，用户选购时应该根据自己的需求合理选择节能插座产品。  

  　　铝合金窗选购，要从五个“看”入手。  

  　　一看材质  

  　　铝合金窗主要用材一般包括三个方面：铝型材、玻璃、五金件，优质的铝合金窗所用的铝型材壁厚应在不低于1.2mm以上，氧化膜厚度应达到10微米;钢化玻璃较普通玻璃要好;不锈钢材质的五金配件要比铝质配件好。  

  　　二看加工  

  　　优质的铝合金窗，加工精细，切线流畅、角度一致，在拼接过程中应该不会出现较明显的缝隙，密封性能好，开关顺畅。劣质的铝合金窗，特别是铝合金室外窗产品如果加工不合格，会出现密封性质问题，不仅漏风漏雨，而且在强风和大的外力的作用下，玻璃会出现炸裂、脱落现象。  

  　　三看外观  

  　　铝合金窗表面不应有明显的擦伤、划伤、碰伤等缺陷。窗上相邻构件着色表面不应有明显的色差。窗表面不应有铝屑、毛刺、油斑或其他污迹，装配连接处不应有外溢的胶粘剂。  

  　　四看性能  

  　　铝合金窗的性能通常要考虑以下几个方面：强度，体现在铝合金窗的型材的选料上，是否能承受超高压;气密性，主要体现在窗结构上，窗的内扇与外框结构是否严密等;水密性，主要考核铝合金窗是否存在积水、渗漏现象;隔音性，这主要起决于中空玻璃的隔音效果和其它特殊的隔音气密条结构以及开闭力、开闭锁耐久性等其它窗配件的耐久性。  

  　　五看价格  

  　　一般情况下，优质铝合金窗的价格要比劣质铝合金窗产品要高30%，劣质铝合金窗通常采用含有大量杂质的回收铝挤压的铝型材，所用的铝型材有的壁厚仅0.6-0.8毫米，无论是从抗拉强度还是屈服度都大大低于国家有关规定，这类铝合金窗，特别是铝合金户外窗很不安全，所以在选购时千万不要图一时的便宜而轻视了自己和他人的人身安全。
