碳化木家具

  　　(1)安全防腐。碳化木其实是利用多种类型的板材，加工而成，其中，最主要的成分就是云杉。碳化木是一种防腐木，大家都知道，传统的防腐木就是在木材内注入化学溶剂，这些溶剂内添加了抗腐成分，虽然能够延长木材的使用寿命，但是，却会对人体形成不同程度的影响。碳化木是通过高温蒸馏的形式，让内部水分完全蒸发，整个过程合理并且健康，用其制作的家具，不会有人体形成伤害。  

  　　(2)性能稳定。相比较于其它木材，碳化木更趋稳定，大多数木材都会含有一定量的水分，这些水分会释放到空气中，从而对室内空气湿度形成一定影响。而碳化木家具基本上不会受到周围环境影响，当其识别到空气中所含的有害气体过多时，才会进行稀释与消解，同时，这种家具的使用寿命也比较长。  

  　　(1)色调稍差。当前，我国的碳化技术并没有得到完全发展，只有厚度在6厘米以内的板材，才能进行碳化。正是因为高温烘烤和碳化，使得它有所褪色，从内到外，板材色调也有所差异。纯天然的木材，即使在加工之后，依旧会有原木的清香，碳化木家具虽然没有任何刺激性气味，不过也没有自然清香。  

  　　(2)硬度大。对于石材来说，硬度大是优势，但是对于板材来说，硬度大只会让人在触摸的时候，感觉不舒适。如果木材本身含有一些水分，那么质地也要柔软不少，但是这个特性是由于碳化木的加工制作工艺决定的，无法避免。  

    　　普通木材的碳化是通过浸泡化学溶剂获得，这种方式难免有害，所以碳化木就采用了古老的加热工艺完成碳化。首先，将木材放置在容器当中，通过机器进行加热控制，温度以及加热时间，都可以进行人为调控。一般来说，温度大约维持在200摄氏度左右，时间最长可达到3天。在这个过程中，碳化木本来的结构完全破坏，失去了糖分以及氧分子，任何微生物都无法再在其中生存，也正是因为这个原因，碳化木家具也被称为防腐木家具。通过这道工序之后，木材的颜色会有所加深，不再呈现原木色，而是有了一种仿古的感觉。   

  　　厂家在销售碳化木家具的时候，一般都会在表面涂抹一层面漆，这不仅是为了美观，还能起到保护桌面的作用，但是，油漆中含有一定量的甲醛，所以需要闲置一段时间才能使用。根据家具的尺寸不同，其价格也存在差异，比如说长度为125厘米，宽度为65厘米的桌子，市场售价大约为725元，搭配四把椅子时，价格可以达到上千元，总的来说，这种木材的家具还是比较昂贵的。

  　　第一步：检验沟槽预埋管道的深度。  

  　　第二步：按照管沟上已经放置好的管材实际长度挖工作坑，一般多以“T”型管道为主，如果是“K”型就要挖得更大。

  　　铝合金窗选购，要从五个“看”入手。  

  　　一看材质  

  　　铝合金窗主要用材一般包括三个方面：铝型材、玻璃、五金件，优质的铝合金窗所用的铝型材壁厚应在不低于1.2mm以上，氧化膜厚度应达到10微米;钢化玻璃较普通玻璃要好;不锈钢材质的五金配件要比铝质配件好。  

  　　二看加工  

  　　优质的铝合金窗，加工精细，切线流畅、角度一致，在拼接过程中应该不会出现较明显的缝隙，密封性能好，开关顺畅。劣质的铝合金窗，特别是铝合金室外窗产品如果加工不合格，会出现密封性质问题，不仅漏风漏雨，而且在强风和大的外力的作用下，玻璃会出现炸裂、脱落现象。  

  　　三看外观  

  　　铝合金窗表面不应有明显的擦伤、划伤、碰伤等缺陷。窗上相邻构件着色表面不应有明显的色差。窗表面不应有铝屑、毛刺、油斑或其他污迹，装配连接处不应有外溢的胶粘剂。  

  　　四看性能  

  　　铝合金窗的性能通常要考虑以下几个方面：强度，体现在铝合金窗的型材的选料上，是否能承受超高压;气密性，主要体现在窗结构上，窗的内扇与外框结构是否严密等;水密性，主要考核铝合金窗是否存在积水、渗漏现象;隔音性，这主要起决于中空玻璃的隔音效果和其它特殊的隔音气密条结构以及开闭力、开闭锁耐久性等其它窗配件的耐久性。  

  　　五看价格  

  　　一般情况下，优质铝合金窗的价格要比劣质铝合金窗产品要高30%，劣质铝合金窗通常采用含有大量杂质的回收铝挤压的铝型材，所用的铝型材有的壁厚仅0.6-0.8毫米，无论是从抗拉强度还是屈服度都大大低于国家有关规定，这类铝合金窗，特别是铝合金户外窗很不安全，所以在选购时千万不要图一时的便宜而轻视了自己和他人的人身安全。
