竹椅

  　　竹制品其实在市面上也是比较常见的家居用品之一，而竹椅则是更被大众所喜爱，那么竹椅有什么好处呢？  

           (1)取材天然，竹子的可再生能力强，可以持续利用，是绿色环保的产品。  

  　　(2)可塑性强，简洁流畅的线条可以做成各种形状的竹椅，适应不同人群的需求。纹理天然，美观质朴，休闲典雅。  

  　　(3)因竹材本身良好的物理性能，使竹椅具有坚硬，抗折，吸湿，吸热，韧性，耐磨，经过水热碳化处理后，竹椅还具有了防虫，防霉的特性。  

  　　(4)竹椅的价格实惠，原料成本低。  

  　　(5)竹椅可以预防风湿关节炎，可以自动调节和保持温度，自身不生凉放热，有冬暖夏凉的特性，长时间地使用，可以减少风湿关节炎、风湿、心脏病的发生;竹地板纹理有吸收紫外线的特性，色泽高雅，对人的视觉有益，可以减少近视的发生。  

  　　(6)竹椅可以减少噪音。竹材有吸音隔音、降低音压的特性，竹椅有软硬度，粗滑性，通过高温蒸煮、漂白、碳化之后，不会发生虫蛀现象和霉变问题，减少气喘、过敏症的发生。  

  　　(7)竹椅可以散发天然的芳香，有益于身心健康，竹椅的纹理美观，保养简单、擦拭方便，安装轻松。  

  　　下面我们来看看竹椅的制作工艺步骤是怎样的：  

           (1)量好尺寸，用锯条截取椅脚、椅肚、椅背等位置的竹段。面层框架最好选择竹节少的中上段，这样韧性会好一些，拱形骨架最好选择厚的下部，这样的效果可以达到承重力强。然后把竹材烘干、打磨和做防蛀防霉的工程。  

  　　(2)打出连接部位所需要的插孔，针对插入靠背的竹材进行打榫，连接上骨架。  

  　　(3)在椅脚和椅肚的部分连接处的骨架修出凹槽，然后用火烤，拗成合适的角度，在凹槽处灌入竹材，夹紧、捆扎，冷却之后使之成为90°。  

  　　(4)把椅背从里向外地进行组装工程，椅座组装时，连接底部的横梁，再和外椅腿进行结合，最后再连接骨架。组装完成后，用打穴和销钉的方式进行结构的固定，最后胶合。  

  　　(5)把竹材纵向劈成竹板，用小钉固定在椅座上。椅面和椅背还有周围的连接处要压紧和固定。  

  　　(6)在竹椅成型之后，需要在它们各个部分的连接部位上缠绕加固，再用胶水粘合最后的断点，最后，竹椅制作就完成了。  

  　　很多消费者不知道在竹椅和木椅之间做一个选择，那么下面就来看看二者相比起来有什么不同之处：  

           (1)竹子原料充足，再生周期短，可持续利用，有利于保护森林资源，十分环保低碳。竹椅十分地耐用，不易变形，强度高，韧性好。  竹椅能调节室内湿度，吸收紫外线，抗静电，有益于人体健康。经过深度炭化后，加工成的竹椅恒久不变色，能强有力地吸附室内有害气体。在款式设计方面，竹椅能保留传统的竹子的流线造型，同时，又融入了中国古典家具的元素，是时尚和环保的完美结合。  

  　　(2)木材制成的木椅容易发霉，被虫蛀，不好保养，但是竹椅的制作工艺不同于木椅工艺，竹椅经过高温蒸煮，能彻底杀菌，防虫防蛀。高压和含水率的控制，保证了竹椅的防止开裂、防止变形。  加上随着木材资源的紧缺，低碳环保的概念也越来越得到人们的认可，竹椅等竹制家具现代人们的家居生活中的重要性已经逐渐得凸显出来了。
