排水板

  　　排水板的工作原理是：用土工布做过滤层，把泥土和水过滤开来，水通过土工布渗透到排水板上，从而把水排掉。  

  　　这个原理有两个优点：  

  　　1、防止泥土直接对保护层面造成腐蚀(泥水可能长期堆积在一个地方)  

  　　2、防止植物根系对保护层造成的破坏  

  　　排水板可以分为两个系列，一个是卷材，一个是片材。卷材又可以分为热熔排水板、搭接排水板和自粘排水板三种类型。  

  　　在日常施工中，排水板主要分类有：片状排水板、复合排水板、自粘PE排水板、立体排水板、塑料排水板、蓄排水板、卷材排水板、防渗水排水板等。  

  　　1、准备排水管和施工工具。工具主要有：导架、套管、驱动套管下沉的振动锤，插板机，铰车及装排水板的卷筒和防风装置等。  

  　　2、安装排水板前最好是已铺好砂垫层。  

  　　3、确定排水板的安装位置及安插排水板的顺序。  

  　　4、用打设机定位排水板的定插空位，并用标记物做好标记。  

  　　5、安装管靴。  

  　　6、沉设套管。  

  　　7、用插板机打出排水板入土深度，并设计标高。  

  　　8、提升套管。借用振动锤驱动套管对准空位下沉，排水板穿过套管与端头的管靴相连，插入到早已计算好的入土深度。然后把套管拔掉，管靴和排水板都还在土里。  

  　　9、剪断排水管，要记得留出高出地面15-30cm的板头，再在旁边挖出一个20cm深的凹位，再次剪去露出地面的多余的板头，然后填平。  

  　　10、至此排水板就安装好了，检查安装情况并做好记录。  

  　　排水板施工规范如下：  

  　　1、排水板要封存在干燥、通风的环境下，不能够直接放在阳光下直晒，并且附近不能有易燃物品。  

  　　2、排水板最好是立着放或整齐的平着放，不要错乱的堆压，上面不可放重物，堆放高度不要超过3层。  

  　　3、排水板的铺设版面应该是平整的，根据水流方向安装，如果是在坡上，则顺坡铺设。  

  　　4、只铺设土工布时，交界处要留有150cm的空间，为了避免移动，该空间先用胶或砂土压实，然后再回填土，要保证回填土已经非常紧实了，才能进行下一步。  

　　第一、烤漆家具在使用过程中应避免受尖锐硬物划伤，撞击，以免损坏漆膜，导致漆膜脱落。

　　第二、烤漆家具应避免接触酸性、碱性物体，以免漆膜受到腐蚀。如果烤漆家具表面沾到酱油、醋等酱料，应及时用干净棉布沾水擦拭干净。

　　第三、烤漆家具应避免太阳直射，以免高温环境导致漆膜变色。

　　第四、烤漆家具在使用过程中很难避免厨房油烟的侵蚀，如果家具表面沾有油烟油渍，应该用干净棉布沾少许洗涤剂进行擦拭，然后用清水擦净。

　　第五、白色烤漆长时间使用后容易泛黄，有碍观瞻，可以使用牙膏轻轻擦拭表面进行保养，注意不可用力过度，以免掉漆。

        天然石材和人造石材的区别有什么?从定义、优点、缺点上进行区分。

　　天然石材

　　一.定义：主要被广泛用于公共建筑，包括酒店、餐厅、银行、医院、展览、实验室等，以及家庭装修中，包括厨房台面、洗脸台、厨卫墙面、餐桌、茶几、窗台、门套等部位。

　　二.优点

        1.价格便宜:市场非常好的进口石材一般四五千元便可买到，而以这个价钱来购买人造石，却只能买到中档次的。

        2.花纹自然,消费者可以根据自己的喜好挑选。

        3.硬度大

        4.密度大

        5.耐磨损

　　三.缺点

        1.比较重;

        2.不能做无缝对接;

        3.渗透率较高，污渍难清理;

        4.弹性不大，遭重击会出现裂缝;

　　人造石

　　一.定义：人造石是一种由天然石粉、高性能树脂基天然颜料经真空浇铸或模压成型的矿物填充型高分子符合材料，也被称作实体面材或实心面材。人造石被广泛用于公共建筑，包括酒店、餐厅、银行、医院、展览、实验室等，以及家庭装修，包括厨房台面、洗脸台、厨卫墙面、餐桌、茶几、窗台、门套等的装修，它无放射性污染，是一种可以重复利用，环保的绿色新型建筑室内装饰材料。

　　二.优点

        1.易清洁:污垢可用肥皂或清洁剂来清干净.

        2.抗污垢:被液体渗透的可能性会比较小,一些顽渍可被除去,如墨水或酱油等.

        3.耐冲击:较与一般石材或聚合物,人造石的抗破裂龟裂能力更强,对于细小的刮痕和切痕可以通过砂纸来除去.

        4.耐热性:比一般的表面材料更具耐热性,不过不建议将发热的器皿直接放于表面,若是要这样做，须使用隔热垫.

        5.阻燃性:人造石是一种阻燃材料.

        6.食品标准:与食品长期接触对人体无害.

        7.卫生性:表面完全没有毛细孔,一些霉菌细菌以及微生物难以存活.

        8.可修复性:严重的损伤可通过打磨来修复，使用寿命会加长,

        9.无毒性:常温下人造石不会散发任何气体.

        10.极强的可塑性:设计自由度大,几乎可以任意设计，有极强的表现力。

　　三.缺点

        1.色调单一，真实感不足;

        2.价格较天然石材较高。
