接缝马牙槎

  　　接缝马牙槎根据使用环境的不同可分为大接缝马牙槎和小接缝马牙槎，通常在砌墙时在留槎处每隔一匹砖伸出60mm，这种接缝马牙槎叫做小接缝马牙槎，主要是为了以后接槎时插入相应的砖。不过直槎的建筑方式不大常用，如需使用时，应在接槎处预留拉接钢筋。  

  　　大接缝马牙槎是运用在与构造柱交接处的切砖方式，一般在抗震区应用广泛。施工单位砌墙时，需在构造柱处每隔五匹砖伸出60mm，同时也要按规定预留拉接钢筋。这么做主要为了在浇筑构造柱时，保证墙体与构造柱的牢固性，更利于抗震。  

  　　接缝马牙槎是一种在切砖时留下槎处的施工方式，根据施工环境的不同可分为大接缝马牙槎和小接缝马牙槎。而根据功能的不同可分为接缝接缝马牙槎和结构接缝马牙槎。接缝接缝马牙槎目的是方便后续砌筑，当墙体太长时留接缝马牙槎，方便后续施工。而结构接缝马牙槎在接缝马牙槎里浇筑构造柱。这样施工时，在砌体与构造柱连接面上砌筑接缝马牙槎，先砌墙，后浇注混凝土构造柱，保证墙体与结构柱受力均匀。  

  　　接缝马牙槎在施工之前需要经过严密的计算，而它在计算时也有自己的一套公式。首先需要假设构造柱是240X370，高度3米，留槎在24墙，双面留槎。那么计算公式是：0.24X0.37X3+0.24X0.06X3/2(如果有梁时扣减梁的高度)X2[面]  

  　　这个计算方法是将柱和槎分开计算，可以直观、清晰的了解接缝马牙槎。分解来看就是构造柱的柱子那部分就是0.24*0.37*3，而后面加上的是槎口的混凝土，一般构造柱的槎口是每60mm一段。  

  　　接缝马牙槎是从柱根开始，先是60mm的槎口，然后是60mm的砖，然后又是60mm的槎口。换句话说槎口的高度总共只有构造柱高度的一半。所以公式是把槎口的面积计算好，然后乘以柱高3米除以2后就是每面槎的实际高度。最后有几面槎就乘以几。  

  　　在实际施工中是要算接缝马牙槎的，因为如果不将接缝马牙槎算在内的话，就会减少14%的混凝土量。通常来说构造柱有几面和墙接触就有几面槎口，这种情况多发生在T形墙和十字墙的位置。一旦构造柱的宽度和墙体宽度不一样时，可以做出相应的调整。不过这种例子比较少见，一般是北方为了保温，所以墙体才会比较厚。  

  　　在施工时常会遇到T形墙周围就是门的情况，这样门距离T形墙一般会有个12厘米的门垛，所以此时的构造柱是三面槎口。在施工时，紧靠门边的槎口是无法施工的。因为门垛的高度无法承受高墙的重量，容易出现坍塌。为了避免这一情况的发生，一般直接以门边关模板，这样实际所需的混凝土方量就比图纸设计的要多一些。假如是24墙，3米高，那就多0.24*0.06*3/2*3，即0.065立方米。虽然看着数量不大，但一旦楼房的门较多的话，混凝土的量也就耗费较大了，不过具体计算具体分析。  

  　　接缝马牙槎在施工时有一些规范是需要注意的，这样才能保证后期的施工顺利，不影响施工效果。  

  　　(1)当直断长度没有没有混凝土墙或土柱分隔时，厚度在12厘米左右的墙体当高度超过五米时，需要在这个区间内加上混凝土构造柱分隔后再施工。  

  　　(2)在厚度为12厘米，墙体高度小于或者等于3米，而且开洞宽度也要满足小于等于2.4米，如果不满足这些要求的时候，应该加构造柱或钢筋混凝土水平系梁。  

  　　(3)在厚度为180厘米，高度小于或等于四米时，如果开洞宽度小于等于3.5米，应该加构造柱或钢筋混凝土水平系梁。  

  　　(4)不同厚度的墙体在交接时需要设置构造柱，不过在什么情况下设置需要具体情况具体分析。通常先看墙体转角的地方有没有框架柱，如果没有框架柱的时候，就应该设置构造柱。  

  　　(5)一般墙的长度高于楼层高度的两倍时，为了保证建筑的牢固性，需要在墙的中部、洞口边设置构造柱。设置构造柱还有一种可能就是在较大的洞口两边，或者没有边界墙的一段设置。  

  　　绝缘胶垫是具有较大体积电阻率和耐电击穿的胶垫，必须符合国家规定才可以安心使用，常见的绝缘胶垫规格：  

  　　1、按照电压等级可分5kv，10kv，15kv，20kv，25kv，30kv，35kv;  

  　　2、按颜色可分为：黑色绝缘胶垫，红色绝缘胶垫，绿色绝缘胶垫，黑绿复合绝缘胶垫;  

  　　3、按厚度可分为：2mm，3mm，4mm，5mm，6mm，8mm，10mm，12mm;  

  　　4、按宽度可分为：1米，1.2米，1.5米。  

        天然石材和人造石材的区别有什么?从定义、优点、缺点上进行区分。

　　天然石材

　　一.定义：主要被广泛用于公共建筑，包括酒店、餐厅、银行、医院、展览、实验室等，以及家庭装修中，包括厨房台面、洗脸台、厨卫墙面、餐桌、茶几、窗台、门套等部位。

　　二.优点

        1.价格便宜:市场非常好的进口石材一般四五千元便可买到，而以这个价钱来购买人造石，却只能买到中档次的。

        2.花纹自然,消费者可以根据自己的喜好挑选。

        3.硬度大

        4.密度大

        5.耐磨损

　　三.缺点

        1.比较重;

        2.不能做无缝对接;

        3.渗透率较高，污渍难清理;

        4.弹性不大，遭重击会出现裂缝;

　　人造石

　　一.定义：人造石是一种由天然石粉、高性能树脂基天然颜料经真空浇铸或模压成型的矿物填充型高分子符合材料，也被称作实体面材或实心面材。人造石被广泛用于公共建筑，包括酒店、餐厅、银行、医院、展览、实验室等，以及家庭装修，包括厨房台面、洗脸台、厨卫墙面、餐桌、茶几、窗台、门套等的装修，它无放射性污染，是一种可以重复利用，环保的绿色新型建筑室内装饰材料。

　　二.优点

        1.易清洁:污垢可用肥皂或清洁剂来清干净.

        2.抗污垢:被液体渗透的可能性会比较小,一些顽渍可被除去,如墨水或酱油等.

        3.耐冲击:较与一般石材或聚合物,人造石的抗破裂龟裂能力更强,对于细小的刮痕和切痕可以通过砂纸来除去.

        4.耐热性:比一般的表面材料更具耐热性,不过不建议将发热的器皿直接放于表面,若是要这样做，须使用隔热垫.

        5.阻燃性:人造石是一种阻燃材料.

        6.食品标准:与食品长期接触对人体无害.

        7.卫生性:表面完全没有毛细孔,一些霉菌细菌以及微生物难以存活.

        8.可修复性:严重的损伤可通过打磨来修复，使用寿命会加长,

        9.无毒性:常温下人造石不会散发任何气体.

        10.极强的可塑性:设计自由度大,几乎可以任意设计，有极强的表现力。

　　三.缺点

        1.色调单一，真实感不足;

        2.价格较天然石材较高。
