天然石材

　　天然石材，顾名思义取自天然岩石。然后加工做成块状或者条状，多用于建筑材料。常用的天然石材是大理石和花岗岩。

　　天然石材按照材质可分为砂岩、花岗岩、石灰石、板岩、石英岩、大理石六类。其中花岗岩跟大理石作为饰面石材在建筑中经常用到。

　　花岗岩：花岗岩包含了几种石材，例如岩浆岩和硅盐酸类变质石材，其特点为颜色均一，可拼性好，硬度高，抗压扛着抗撞击。并且化学性稳定。具有良好的耐酸、耐碱、抗风化。

　　大理石：大理石也包括一类石材,例如结晶类的碳酸盐石，一般质地较软。其特点为花色绚丽、装饰性好，但是相比花岗岩，硬度、抗折抗压能力较低、耐耐酸性跟耐候性较差。

　　砂岩：砂岩主要是有二氧化硅及多种矿物、岩石颗粒凝结的一种石材。通常呈淡褐色或红色。一般用来制造砂岩圆雕，浮雕壁画，雕刻花板，艺术花盆，雕塑喷泉，风格壁炉等装饰产品。

　　石灰石：石灰石主要是由碳酸钙或者碳酸钙镁或者其他矿物组合而成的沉积岩。其主要用途是用来生产水泥。

　　板岩：板岩学名为微晶变质岩，板岩的颜色随其所含有的杂质不同而变化。在家装中一般用于外墙或者屋顶，板岩石材优于一般的人工覆盖材料，防潮，抗风，具有保温性。并且耐气候和耐污染。是现代化装饰的好材料

　　石英岩：石英岩包括石英岩和石英片岩以及浅色麻粒岩。因其色泽浅，具较强的光反射性能。一般使用自然面，具有良好的立体感。常用于艺术雕刻。

  　　作为家居装饰材料的重要组成。它的性能十分优越，因此在家居装饰中受到了用户的青睐，它对家居生活起到了良好的美化作用。那么在选用前要充分了解其特点。  

  　　1、来源丰富：蕴藏丰富，分布很广，便于就地取材。  

  　　2、具有良好的耐火性：由于石材的种类的差异，石材的耐火性也是不同的。但是，总体来说，石材的耐火性是非常好的。  

  　　3、有膨胀及收缩：具有热胀冷缩的特点，但是石材在受热后再进行冷却，它的收缩效果就没有以前那么理想了。  

  　　4、天然石材具有良好的耐冻性：石材在潮湿状态下，能抵抗冻融而不发生显著之破坏者。  

  　　5、抗压能力强：石材的抗压强度会因矿物成份、结晶粗细、胶结物质的均匀性、荷重面积、荷重作用与解理所成角度等因素，而有所不同。若其他条件相同，通常结晶颗粒细小而彼此粘结一起的致密材料，具有较高强度。  

  　　6、.耐磨性好。天然石材的硬度比人造石材要高上许多，耐磨程度好。  

  　　7、装饰性好：石材具有纹理自然、质感厚重、庄严雄伟的艺术效果。  

  　　但是石材也有缺点。因为石材质地坚硬，加工困难，自重大，所以导致开采和运输不方便。在价格上居高不下。极个别石材可能含有放射性，应该进行必要的检测。  

  在理想状态下天然石材作为装饰的时候要具有石纹清晰，亮度高，表面光滑，保持石材质感几个特点。许多人认为石材是不需要保养的，因为其具有坚硬和密封性。其实不然。天然石材是一种多孔材料，其微观的结构具备多孔的特性(有时从外观并不易观察)，因此容易，吸收由水溶解或油污溶解而侵入的污染。此外，石材虽坚硬，但使用一段时间后其表面仍难免磨损，则需重新抛光。所以石材在安装后需进行相关的污染养护及定期维护工作。  

  　　一般的表面保养工作分为粗糙面跟光面的保养。粗糙面保养常主要是以糙面的再生、污染去除、防水处理及破损的补强为主，而不需要进行增色，因为有部分的养护材料或化学处理剂，可能导致糙面石材颜色加深，这样就破坏了原有的色泽。光面保养保方法是养护处理、上蜡处理、增色处理、再抛光处理、破损的补平补强、污染去除处理等。  

  　　不同材质的天然石材保养也不同。例如花岗岩就不需要破损的修补，二大理石则需要修补。所以应对不同的石材，消费者要按照购买时说明书来保养。  

　　在我们所处的环境中，大自然的辐射无处不在。任何天然石材都是有辐射的。天然石材中的放射性危害主要有两个方面：体内辐射与体外辐射。

　　1、体内辐射。主要来自于放射性辐射在空气中的衰变，而形成的一种放射性物质氡及其子体。进入人的呼吸系统造成辐射损伤，诱发肺癌。另外，氡还对人体脂肪有很高的亲和力，从而影响人的神经系统，使人精神不振，昏昏欲睡。

　　2、体外辐射。主要是指天然石材中的辐射体直接照射人体后产生一种生物效果，会对人体内的造血器官、神经系统、生殖系统和消化系统造成损伤。

　　在购买时石材时。一般都会有放射标准说明书。国家按天然石材的放射性水平，把天然石材产品分为A、B、C三类。

　　A类产品可在任何场合中使用，包括写字楼和家庭居室;

　　B类产品放射性程度高于A类，不可用于居室的内饰面，可用于其他一切建筑物的内、外饰面;

　　C类产品放射性程度高于A、B两类，只可用于建筑物的外饰面。

　　超过C类标准控制值的天然石材，只可用于海堤、桥墩及碑石等其他用途。

        天然石材和人造石材的区别有什么?从定义、优点、缺点上进行区分。

　　天然石材

　　一.定义：主要被广泛用于公共建筑，包括酒店、餐厅、银行、医院、展览、实验室等，以及家庭装修中，包括厨房台面、洗脸台、厨卫墙面、餐桌、茶几、窗台、门套等部位。

　　二.优点

        1.价格便宜:市场非常好的进口石材一般四五千元便可买到，而以这个价钱来购买人造石，却只能买到中档次的。

        2.花纹自然,消费者可以根据自己的喜好挑选。

        3.硬度大

        4.密度大

        5.耐磨损

　　三.缺点

        1.比较重;

        2.不能做无缝对接;

        3.渗透率较高，污渍难清理;

        4.弹性不大，遭重击会出现裂缝;

　　人造石

　　一.定义：人造石是一种由天然石粉、高性能树脂基天然颜料经真空浇铸或模压成型的矿物填充型高分子符合材料，也被称作实体面材或实心面材。人造石被广泛用于公共建筑，包括酒店、餐厅、银行、医院、展览、实验室等，以及家庭装修，包括厨房台面、洗脸台、厨卫墙面、餐桌、茶几、窗台、门套等的装修，它无放射性污染，是一种可以重复利用，环保的绿色新型建筑室内装饰材料。

　　二.优点

        1.易清洁:污垢可用肥皂或清洁剂来清干净.

        2.抗污垢:被液体渗透的可能性会比较小,一些顽渍可被除去,如墨水或酱油等.

        3.耐冲击:较与一般石材或聚合物,人造石的抗破裂龟裂能力更强,对于细小的刮痕和切痕可以通过砂纸来除去.

        4.耐热性:比一般的表面材料更具耐热性,不过不建议将发热的器皿直接放于表面,若是要这样做，须使用隔热垫.

        5.阻燃性:人造石是一种阻燃材料.

        6.食品标准:与食品长期接触对人体无害.

        7.卫生性:表面完全没有毛细孔,一些霉菌细菌以及微生物难以存活.

        8.可修复性:严重的损伤可通过打磨来修复，使用寿命会加长,

        9.无毒性:常温下人造石不会散发任何气体.

        10.极强的可塑性:设计自由度大,几乎可以任意设计，有极强的表现力。

　　三.缺点

        1.色调单一，真实感不足;

        2.价格较天然石材较高。
