紧定螺钉

  　　(1)方头紧定螺钉  

  　　对于方头紧定螺钉而言，可以对它施加比较大的拧紧力量，拧紧力量大，不容易拧秃，但是方头紧定螺钉的缺点在于，它们的的头部比较大，这样便不便放入零件里面，这种螺钉会使人们产生不安全的因素，使用时必须要注意到这个点。  

  　　(2)一字槽紧定螺钉  

  　　一字槽紧定螺钉的优点在于比较容易放进零件里面。但是，与此同时，这种类型的紧定螺钉的缺点在于拧紧力比较小，并且经常容易拧脱，在固定拧紧的过程中会比较费劲。  

  　　(3)内六角紧定螺钉  

  　　内六角紧定螺钉比较容易放入零件里面。这种类型的内六角紧定螺钉是比较常用的。  

  　　(4)锥端紧定螺钉  

  　　紧定螺钉末端会根据人们对它们的使用要求的不同而有不同的类型，锥端紧定螺钉适用于硬度比较小的零件，在使用无尖的锥端螺钉进行工作时，必须要在零件的顶紧面上打上坑眼，要把锥面压在坑眼边上，只有这样才能完整准确地使锥端紧定螺钉打好和固定好所需零件。  

  　　(5)平端紧定螺钉  

  　　平端紧定螺钉的接触面积比较大，把平端紧定螺钉拧紧后，不会伤到零件的表面，平端紧定螺钉常常用于拧紧硬度比较大的平面或者是用在必须要经常调节位置的场合和零件里面。  

  　　(6)圆柱端紧定螺钉  

  　　圆柱端紧定螺钉的好处就在于这种紧定螺钉不会损伤零件表面，它们多是运用于固定装钉在类似于管轴之类上的零件，圆柱端钉入轴上的孔眼种，这种优势会使圆柱端紧定螺钉靠着圆柱端的抗剪切作用，传递较大的载荷量。  

  　　(1)不锈钢的紧定螺钉材料  

  　　不锈钢的紧定螺钉材料主要分为以下几种类型，有不锈钢SUS201，有不锈钢SUS304，有不锈钢SUS316的等等。  

  　　(2)铁的紧定螺钉材料  

  　　铁的紧定螺钉材料一般情况下颜色大都是黑色的，但这并不是全部的，商家也会根据顾客们的不同要求把紧定螺钉改变成消费者所需要的色彩，这种情况是可以拿去电镀厂电镀的。  

  　　紧定螺钉主要是用来固定机件的相对位置用的一种螺钉，它们的适用范围也比较宽泛。在使用紧定螺钉时，把紧定螺钉旋转钉入待固定的零件的螺孔之中，固定好之后，再用螺钉的末端压在另一零件的表面上，使前一零件固定好在后一个零件的上面。内六角紧定螺钉用于钉头不能外露的零件上，方头紧定螺钉适用于钉头可以表露在外面的零件上面。锥端螺钉适用于强度小的零件上面;无尖锥端螺钉适用于表面上有凹坑的零件上面;但无论是哪一种紧定螺钉，都要注意一点，就是在使用紧定螺钉时应该有防止紧定螺钉松动和脱落出来的装置设置。  

  　　大功率照明灯的室内照明应用：可打破小功率节能灯照度不够用的使用局限，可以在高度高、空间大，对照度、亮度要求照明水平较高的楼、堂、馆、所、候机厅、候车室、会议厅、摄影场、舞台、厂矿、企业、大商场、影剧院、歌舞厅、酒楼、体育馆学校等方面。改善了环境照明使用状况。  

  　　大功率照明灯的室外照明中应用：可直接使用在高度6米-10米的使用环境中。如：车站、码头、广场、港口、机场住宅小区，体育场、球场、路灯及城市中的光亮照明工程等方面。  

  　　分体式大功率节能灯初装时稍微复杂，成本稍高，但它克服了一体式大功率节能灯在高温和密闭灯具中寿命会大大宿短寿命的缺点，在后期的使用中也可以大幅降低重购成本和安装人工费用。分体式大功率节能灯延长寿命的关键是电子镇流器的高可靠性和完善的保护电路，否则一切都没有意义了。  

  　　分体式大功率灯延长寿命原因：  

  　　1、远离热源。电子镇流器内含半导体二极管、三极、电解电容、无极电容、磁环、磁芯等电子元件。随着环境温度的升高，这些电子元件的性能会产生偏差，如三极管的放大倍数增大，电容的耐压下降、漏电流加大等。特别是电解电容，体内的电解液在高温下容易干枯，国外有一工程师在文中提出：同等质量的电解电容，在其他条件相同的情况下，环境温度上升10℃，电解寿命宿短一半。可见，高温对电子镇流器的影响是致命的。  

  　　2、能有效设置保护电路。由于不受空间和温度的影响，可以在电子镇流器内设置可靠的抗浪涌电压保护电路;谐波和电磁干扰抑制电路;过流、过电压保护电路;空载保护电路;超温保护电路;灯管断丝;漏气保护电路等。一体式大功率节能灯在刚开灯时电子镇流器温度不高，随着灯点一段时间后，电子镇流器温度可达90-100多度，温差很大，且受灯头塑料件体积限制，无法有效设置完善的保护电路，通常在灯管寿终或出现异常时连镇流器一起烧掉。
