大功率照明灯

  　　大功率照明灯是一种扩大照明范围的照明应用，可广泛应用于工业厂房等需要大面积、高亮度的照明场所应用。大功率照明灯在工厂和车间使用，有利于提高产量和质量，良好的照明增加了工人的舒适度和安全度，减少错误率，并能激励员工发挥出良好的工作状态。出色的照明条件对于企业在激烈的竞争中的发展起到了十分重要的作用。  

  　　大功率照明灯分为大功率一体化照明灯和大功率分体式照明灯：  

  　　1、大功率一体化照明灯：将电子镇流器与灯管连体装配在一起的大功率照明灯。一体化大功率节能灯由于对环境温度、使用温度有一定的限度要求，所以在受整体温升有很大影响的密封灯具中，使用一体化照明灯比较有限制，使用于敞口式灯具中比较好。否则会影响到一体化大功率节能灯的使用寿命。一体化大功率照明灯分E27、E40两种灯头，可以装在相应的灯头上直接用于照明。  

  　　2、大功率分体式照明灯：将灯管与电子镇流器各自分装成各自独立的大功率照明灯。优质的大功率分体式照明灯，灯体与电子镇流器之间的连接距离可达200mm-300mm，灯与镇流器可以各自进行安装，中间用导线将灯和电子镇流器连接起来后，进行照明。大功率分体式照明灯可以进行镇流器与灯管的互换。灯管坏了可以换灯管，镇流器坏了可以更换镇流器。可以将分体灯安装在密封的灯具里使用，而不用顾虑由于温升的高温对灯产生的危害。  

  　　1、照明性能好：采用多盏大功率高效节能灯头，照明亮度高，覆盖范围大，照明远近兼顾，光源寿命长达1万小时以上，特别适合户外大型作业照明。  

  　　2、升降性能：灯塔升降杆采用高强度合金材料精制而成,能实现自动升降调节,最大升起高度为6米;四个灯头可单独上下左右调节照射角度,使灯光覆盖整个工作现场。  

  　　3、工作时间长：采用进口高性能发电机组供电，发电机组一次注满汽油可连续工作时间9小时，在有市电的场所，也可接通220V交流电源实现长时间照明。  

  　　4、操作方便：遥控或点动开关两种方式控制升降杆的升降和立倒,操作简单、安全可靠;无线遥控方式可在30  米范围内控制升降杆的升降和立倒。  

  　　5、适用场所广：灯塔整体采用各种优质合金材料制作，结构紧凑，性能稳定，能在各种恶劣环境和气候条件下正常工作，抗风等级为8级。  

  　　6、灵活方便：优化的结构设计，移动搬运方便、连接到拖车上可方便移动到任何施工、抢险现场。

  　　大功率照明灯特点3、减少维护工作量  

  　　1、连续7年不间断工作无需更换光源，寿命是荧光灯的近10倍;

  　　大功率照明灯的室内照明应用：可打破小功率节能灯照度不够用的使用局限，可以在高度高、空间大，对照度、亮度要求照明水平较高的楼、堂、馆、所、候机厅、候车室、会议厅、摄影场、舞台、厂矿、企业、大商场、影剧院、歌舞厅、酒楼、体育馆学校等方面。改善了环境照明使用状况。  

  　　大功率照明灯的室外照明中应用：可直接使用在高度6米-10米的使用环境中。如：车站、码头、广场、港口、机场住宅小区，体育场、球场、路灯及城市中的光亮照明工程等方面。  

  　　分体式大功率节能灯初装时稍微复杂，成本稍高，但它克服了一体式大功率节能灯在高温和密闭灯具中寿命会大大宿短寿命的缺点，在后期的使用中也可以大幅降低重购成本和安装人工费用。分体式大功率节能灯延长寿命的关键是电子镇流器的高可靠性和完善的保护电路，否则一切都没有意义了。  

  　　分体式大功率灯延长寿命原因：  

  　　1、远离热源。电子镇流器内含半导体二极管、三极、电解电容、无极电容、磁环、磁芯等电子元件。随着环境温度的升高，这些电子元件的性能会产生偏差，如三极管的放大倍数增大，电容的耐压下降、漏电流加大等。特别是电解电容，体内的电解液在高温下容易干枯，国外有一工程师在文中提出：同等质量的电解电容，在其他条件相同的情况下，环境温度上升10℃，电解寿命宿短一半。可见，高温对电子镇流器的影响是致命的。  

  　　2、能有效设置保护电路。由于不受空间和温度的影响，可以在电子镇流器内设置可靠的抗浪涌电压保护电路;谐波和电磁干扰抑制电路;过流、过电压保护电路;空载保护电路;超温保护电路;灯管断丝;漏气保护电路等。一体式大功率节能灯在刚开灯时电子镇流器温度不高，随着灯点一段时间后，电子镇流器温度可达90-100多度，温差很大，且受灯头塑料件体积限制，无法有效设置完善的保护电路，通常在灯管寿终或出现异常时连镇流器一起烧掉。
