花园设计

  　　花园设计方案根据花园所在的位置、风格等因素的不同，就相应的会有不同的方案。例如我们常见的就有屋顶花园设计方案、别墅花园设计方案、空中花园设计方案等。  

  　　下面就以屋顶花园设计方案为例：  

  　　方案一：花园里随处种植绿色植物，而且还配备有给排水系统，这种屋顶花园设计就叫做生态屋面，因为非常接近自然生态环境。绿色植物的种植，可以有效空气净化、调节气温、阻音吸尘，有利于人们的身心健康，提升生活品质。  

  　　方案二：花园又带有休闲娱乐功能的屋顶花园设计就叫做休闲屋面。即在屋顶和四周全部都有花花草草的覆盖。除了这些攀爬的植物外，还有花架廊亭、园林小品，很好的营造出了一种悠闲、舒适的氛围，是一个释放工作压力的理想场所。  

　　一份完整的花园设计说明至少要包含以下内容：

　　1、花园的基本情况介绍，包括面积、位置、造型等。

　　2、花园设计主题和风格，希望展示什么样的效果。

　　3、设计基本原则，以舒适宜人的居住环境为原则，布局要合理灵活，更重要的是安全。

　　4、设计主导思想。例如：绿化设计主导思想以简洁、大方、便民、美化环境为原则，使绿化和建筑相互融合，相辅相成。

　　5、景观定位：设计好哪个位置摆放什么植物是最合适的。

　　6、植物设计说明：要用哪些种类的植物，例如观花类灌木、观叶植物、攀缓植物等。每类植物至少要列举出3个以上的例子，并说明这些植物有什么作用。

　　7、具体规划：花园要分为几个功能区，每个功能区具体该如何布置。例如休息区、娱乐区、绿化区。

　　8、材料配置原则：花园设计除了装饰材料外，基础装修材料也很重要，如水泥砖、鹅卵石、天然石材、洗米石等。

  　　空心玻璃砖虽然在家庭装修中不是很常见，但是它的装修效果是很特别的。空心玻璃砖的生产主要有两种方法，第一种是熔接法，首先将原料混合以后进行熔化，紧接着进行剪切和压制坯体，然后是退火并且进行检验，最后进行包装。  

  　　第二种方法是胶接法，这种方法是将两块凹形的玻璃嵌入唤醒槽内，借助密封材料，达到一定的温度以后，使得表面熔化，然后将两块玻璃砖块连接在一起，形成一个整体是空心的玻璃砖。这种方法成本比较低，尺寸准确，从性价比上来说是超过熔接法的，但是它的强度要稍微低一些，大家可以根据自己的实际情况来选择。  

  　　产品在平常运输的过程当中，需要注意的是产品应该避免碰撞、暴晒、以及雨淋、以及接近热源等等注意事项。  

  　　在贮存方面需要注意到的是产品不应该长期防止在阳光直射下，要防止在阴凉通风处，同时要避免热源、火源等等地方。  

            1、增强自身性能。例如木塑复合板可以在原有基础上增强自身的承载能力和强度。           

            2、提升性能全面性。例如金属复合板能够大幅度改善，甚至克服自身耐腐蚀性差的缺点。           

            3、实现综合性能的创新和优化。例如能将多种不同的性能综合在一起，从而产生全新的产品，玻璃钢板就是如此。           

  　　1、金属复合板  

  　　该产品不改变母体本身的性质，克服母体本身的缺点，发挥其优点，耐磨性和抗腐蚀性强，还有良好的可焊性、延伸性、成型性、装饰性。可满足不同工件对于材料的要求，如防腐要求高的可用钛、不锈钢等材料作为防腐面制成;而要求散热、导电好的，可用铜、铝等材料作为导热主体制成;要求质量轻、强度大的，可用以铝为主体，不锈钢或钛钢为副体的复合板制成。  

  　　2、彩钢复合板  

  　　该产品重量轻，仅相当于砖墙的1/30，隔热保温和密封性能好，强度高，可作维护、承重结构，抗弯抗压。色泽鲜艳，外形美观，无需再进行表面装饰。施工方便，安装快捷灵活，可缩短40%以上的工期，  

  　　3、岩棉复合板  

  　　该产品具有质量轻、导热系数小、吸热、不燃的特点。在工艺上经粘合加压、修边、压槽、落料，形成企口式复合板，整体性好，刚度高并具有抗冲击、抗剪的力学性能及保温、隔热、隔音、防潮等特点。岩棉复合板的板长不受限制，可达12米以上，完全符合技术设计上的防火要求，且克服了以往板材没有足够的整体性和刚度、抗折和抗冲击性能较差的缺陷。  

  　　4、铝塑复合板  

  　　该产品容易加工，安装简单，内应力稳定，刚性良好，具有超强的粘合牢固性，经8小时沸水实验，粘接层没有出现破坏现象。采用改性的阻燃聚乙烯芯材，无毒性，科学环保无污染，两面包覆不燃的铝层，防火性能检测超过B1级指标要求，解决了金属塑料复合建材的防火难题。  

  　　一、安装前地面处理要细致  

  　　地面在以两米为半径的范围内必须水平，高低差不得超过3mm。地面要完全干燥，铺设地热地板之前，必须进行地热加温试验，进水温度至少达50℃，以确保采暖系统运行正常。并要保温24小时以上，使地面干透，确保含水率符合标准。  

  　　二、安装工艺细节有讲究  

  　　最好采用悬浮式安装方式，地热地板通过垫层材料紧贴地面，地板和地表之间不存有缝隙，而地板之间要预留更大收缩缝隙。由于水热辐射采暖释放的潮气量大，因此防潮要下功夫。  

  　　一、龙骨布置与弹线  

  　　1、弹线：确定标高控制线和龙骨布置线，如果吊顶有标高变化时，应将变截面部分的相应位置确定，接着沿标高线固定角铝。  

  　　2、确定龙骨位置线：根据铝塑板的尺寸规格及吊顶的面积尺寸来安排吊顶骨架的结构尺寸，要求板块组合的图案要完整，四周留边时，留边的尺寸要均匀或对称，将安排好的龙骨架位置线画在标高线的上边。  

  　　3、安装与调平龙骨：根据纵横标高控制线，从一端开始，边安装边调平，然后再统一精调一次。  

  　　4、钢、铝龙骨安装：采用铝龙骨安装时，先将铝龙骨按翻样图尺寸及位置固定于楼板上，必须安装牢固，表面平整，尺寸准确。对于采用钢龙骨安装的部分，为防止发生电化学腐蚀可，要进行防腐处理或加垫片。  

  　　二、块板安装  

  铝塑板与另一张铝塑板或其它材料，通过铆钉、螺栓、螺钉、钉子等连接起来。但是因为铝塑板表面为铝，所以当与不同的金属材料连接在一起时，会产生电化学腐蚀，须使用铝或不锈钢铆螺栓等来进行板或板与其它金属材料之间的连接。  

  　　铝塑板与龙骨架的安装，主要有吊钩悬挂式或自攻螺丝固定，也可采用钢丝扎结，安装时按弹好的板块安排布置线，从一个方向开始依次安装，并注意吊钩先与龙骨固定，再钩住板块侧边的小孔。铝塑板在安装时应轻拿轻放。保护板面不受碰撞或刮伤。用M5  自攻螺钉固定时，先用手电钻打出直径为4.2mm  孔位后再上螺钉。  

  　　在连接处装入衬垫材料。再在上面打密封胶，最后再揭掉板的保护膜。注胶前，一定要清洁剂将金属板及铝合金(型钢)框表面清洁干净，清洁后的材料须在一小时内密封，否则重新清洗。密封胶须注满，不能有空隙或气泡。清洁用擦布须及时更换以保持干净。应遵守标签上的说明使用溶剂，且在使用溶剂时严禁烟火。注密封胶时，应用胶纸保护胶缝两侧的材料，使之不受污染。  

  　　三、端部处理  

  　　当铝塑板四周靠墙边缘部分不符合方板的模数时，在取得设计人员和监理的批准后，可不采用以方板和靠墙板收边的方法，而改用条板或纸面石膏板等作吊顶处理。
