1铝型材的优点

　　(1)加工难度小。目前，我国铝型材的生产制作工艺已经成熟，铝型材在加工的过程中，一般只需要添加部分材料，而省去了打孔、弯曲等多道工艺，加工制作难度比钢铁材质要小很多。传统的金属加工需要40套模具，而铝型材将这个过程精简了许多，只需要20套模具即可完成材料生产过程。

　　(2)材料质地较轻。金属材质大多笨重，比如钢材质、铁材质，在所有金属材质中，铝型材的质地相当轻薄，在生产过程中减少了手工操作强度。其中的工业铝型材质，经过测试之后，质量是之前的百分之六十，在运输过程中，极大减少了相应的人力物力资源。

　　(3)密度小、强度高。铝型材在加工过程中，采用了热处理技术，制作出来的材质强度更超过一半的钢铁材质，而且导电性能与抗腐蚀性能也有所突破。在我国，铝型材是一种的使用量很高的金属材质，部分经过特殊工艺制作的铝型材可作为航空航天设备使用。

2铝型材的缺点

　　(1)金属可变形性。作为金属材质，铝型材也有着金属普遍存在的疲劳性问题。所谓金属疲劳性，就是指当金属材质受到超过限额的震动时，其材质本身就会产生疲劳状态，超过这个临界点，材质会发生弯曲，若是受到强度过大的冲击力，铝型材会直接变形。比如用铝材质制作的饮料瓶罐用手捏，就能轻易捏出形状。

　　(2)弹性较低。铝型材是一种合成材料，根据消费者需求，合成材料都具有不同的弹性，而且这种弹性还会受到温度的影响，一般温度越小，合金材质弹性越高。铝型材的弹性比起一般合成材料弹性要低，在常见温度中，其弹性为72000兆帕，比起同等情况下的铁材质弹性低。

　　(3)熔点偏低。普通金属材质的熔点都较高，经过高温锻造之后依旧能保持其原状，多将其放置在极端温度中使用。同类金属材质的熔点大多为1300摄氏度及以上，而铝型材熔点在700摄氏度左右，相对来说，熔点偏低。

3铝型材的使用范围

　　(1)建筑使用。铝型材的使用范围比较广泛，在建筑中，铝型材可作为幕墙使用，还能制作家庭门窗以及五金件。铝型材表面光滑，呈金属色调，表面刷一层工业涂料之后，不易与其它物质发生化学作用。

　　(2)工业使用。在工业上，铝型材可被用于制作各种大中小型机械设备，包括产品货架以及产品输送带等物品，除此之外，铝型材可用于制造汽车的零部件，太阳能产品支架、边框，在轨道、桥梁等大型工业设施中，也能见到铝型材的使用。

　　(3)生活使用。大到各种建筑物、工业设备，小到家庭生活用品，都能见到铝型材料的踪影。家庭中，照片多有照片框架支撑，其金属色框架就是用铝型材制成，无论是大小家具，都需要用到五金件才能将其固定，五金件的主要材料军事铝型材。

　　家电涂料选购注意事项

　　1.注意生产包装标识，合格产品，它的包装必须具备下列条件：注册商标;产品型号和中文名称;产品标准号 (包括类型和质量等级);净含量;生产厂名和厂址;生产日期和批次;有效贮存期(保质期);产品合格证;简要使用说明和注意事项等。

　　2.产品要符合各项标准。

　　4、注意选择品牌：目前市场上涂料品牌很多，消费者可根据自己的经济实力，来确定选购进口或国产知名品牌。国内知名企业有较完善的质量管理体系，生产设备先进，检验仪器齐全，产品质量比较稳定

　　5、从感官和手感上辨别好坏：质量好的涂料，开罐后没有刺激性气味，外观细腻、丰满，具有流动性，色泽柔和，粘度高而均匀，施工性好，涂刷墙面后涂膜平整光滑。而质次的涂料开罐后有刺激性气味，涂料分层，只有通过搅拌后才能均匀，特别是色漆常有浮色，有些涂料粘度较高，但没有流动性，丰满度差，施工易产生刷痕。

　　7、注意保质期：商品外包装上一般应注明内墙涂料的有效贮存期。购买时一定要在涂料保质期内，如开启后发现有霉变、凝聚、结块、沉淀、结固等现象，说明已变质，不能再使用。

5虹吸式马桶防臭

　　很多马桶使用久了之后会出现返味的现象，这可能主要有两个原因，第一种可能是下水道的臭味，第二种就是可能是马桶安装不当造成的一种返味现象，一般直冲式马桶水封小，防臭、防粘功能不如虹吸的。由于虹吸式马桶特殊的机构设计，因此，虹吸式马桶防臭功能就要比一般的马桶的防臭功能要好的多。

6气动阀门检测

　　气动阀门不能正常打开、关闭情况下的各项检测。

　　1.检验电磁阀是否正常，线圈是否耗损或接触不良，电磁阀的阀芯是否被东西卡死

　　维修方法：更换线圈，清理电磁阀上卡住的东西，以上方法没用就更换电磁阀。

　　2.单边供气检验气动执行器，查看是否正常工作，如气缸活塞窜气、缸体与端盖或转轴处漏气等

　　维修方法：拆开执行器检查密封件是否已损坏，气缸内孔表面是否已损坏。更换已坏密封圈、更换活塞、或气缸。

　　3.检查阀内是否有东西将球芯或阀板卡住

　　维修方法：清理杂质或者更换已损阀件。

　　4.检查手动操作执行机构的手柄是否处在手动位置

　　处理方法：将手柄扳到气动自动位置。

　　5.检查管路是否扭曲、压扁

　　处理方法：纠正或更换管路。

　　6.检查介质或环境温度是否太低，造成管路冻结

　　处理方法：即时清除冷凝水，增设除水设备。

7 厨房水槽漏水

　　厨房水槽出现漏水现象，需要对原因进行分析，当然问题产生的原因可能不是唯一的，我们应该具体问题具体分析，根据不同的情况来修理。

　　情况一：水龙头漏水

　　将水龙头红色及蓝色的标志拆开，并更换其中的橡胶垫即可。

　　情况二：水槽和台面间的衔接松动，积水溺到台面，并漏到橱柜里

　　买好玻璃胶条，并将玻璃胶密封于水槽和台面间的衔接处。

　　情况三：厨房水槽下水管漏水

　　无论是上面的接口漏水，还是水槽下水管与地下的下水管间漏水，问题均出在橡胶垫上，橡胶垫老化或是开裂，都会出现漏水，这时只需把这个橡胶垫拆开并更换一个便可。

　　情况四：水槽本身漏水

　　用防水腻子涂抹水槽漏水处。

　　情况五：水槽零件坏或松动

　　先仔细检查角阀、螺丝和胶垫等位置，看是不是因使用太久，出现腐蚀和老化问题，若是如此，建议重新更换一个。

　　如果发现厨房水槽堵了，不要急着去用水冲掉杂质或者把管道拆开。首先要做的就是把水管关闭，不然会造成更多的积水。然后再检查是哪个部位堵塞，或者是什么东西堵塞。厨房水槽一般堵塞的地方是U型管道处，因为堆积杂物导致排水不顺畅。或者是带排污螺丝的下水管道。弄清楚之后，在排水管下面垫一个污水盆。然后拆卸管道，用可以疏通的东西两边疏通一下。如果还有杂物，则将所有的连接口全部拧开卸下，冲洗干净。然后再组装回去。

　　值得注意的一点小技巧，厨房水槽下水管经常是被油腻杂物，菜渣堵塞，疏通前，可先往下水管导入一壶开水，然后用胶皮管子/钩子等伸到下水管中，清除杂物。

　　清理方法：准备一条胶皮管子，不用太长，只要能连通自来水笼头和下水管道就行。将管子的一端插入下水管道口，周围用破旧抹布或毛巾塞紧，将水管另一段固定到自来水管上，然后将水笼头开到最大，冲两三分钟，下水管道就能疏通了，堵的比较厉害，用手摇管道疏通器进行疏通：先将逆时针方向拧动止旋螺钉，然后将弹簧拉出放到下水管中，一直顶到障碍物，然后拉出10公分左右弹簧，拧紧止旋螺钉，选装把手，并施加压力，当完全进去后，在松开止旋螺钉，再拉出10公分弹簧反复操作直到感觉转动把手很轻松时，缓慢拉起就解决问题了。
