1抹面砂浆怎样使用

　　抹面砂浆不应该小于1800千克/立方米。在水泥或着是石灰砂浆中掺加进适当的掺合料，比如粉煤灰、硅藻土等等，以节约水泥或者是石灰用量，同时，改善一下砂浆的和易性。常常用到的混合砂浆有水泥石灰砂浆、石灰粘土砂浆和水泥粘土砂浆等等。砂浆的搅拌方式时采用开机加上部分砂再加上砂浆稠化增强剂、1/3水、部分砂、水泥、全部水和砂。干混砂浆随拌随用，一般在搅拌成后的4个小时里面使用完毕，当施工期间，气温超过30℃的时候，必须在拌完成之后的3小时里面使用完毕。把砂浆稠化增强剂放进砂浆之后，可以减少拌合物的用水量，在搅拌的时候要控制好用水量，其减水率应该为20%。为了方便配料，也为了减少施工中的切锯工作量，在建筑施工中，要进行排块的设计。干混砂浆要严格控制好加气混凝土砌块上墙砌筑的时候的含水率。

2抹面砂浆分类

　　抹面砂浆主要用于苯薄抹灰保温系统中的保温层外面的抗裂保护层，因此，也被称为聚合物抹面抗裂砂浆。抹面砂浆涂抹在建筑物的表面，起到保护基层和满足使用要求的作用。抹面砂浆的分类主要有以下几种。

　　(1)普通抹面砂浆

　　普通抹面砂浆是建筑工程中使用量最大的抹灰砂浆。普通抹面砂浆的功能主要是保护墙体和地面不受到风雨和有害杂质的侵蚀，提高墙体和地面的防潮性、防腐蚀性、抗风化性能，增加墙体和地面的耐久性。同时，可以使建筑达到表面平整和美观的效果。

　　(2)防水砂浆

　　防水砂浆是一种抗渗性高的砂浆。防水砂浆层又叫做刚性防水层，适用于具有一定刚度的混凝土或者是砖石砌体的表面，对于变形比较大或者是可能发生不均匀沉陷的建筑物，都不宜采用这种刚性防水层。

　　(3)保温砂浆

　　保温砂浆又叫做绝热砂浆，是采用石灰、水泥和石膏等胶凝材料和膨胀珍珠岩或者是膨胀蛭石、陶砂等轻质的多孔骨料按一定的比例配合制成的砂浆。保温砂浆具有保温隔热、轻质、吸声等等的性能，可以用于屋面保温层、保温墙壁和供热管道保温层等地方。

　　(4)吸声砂浆

　　一般的绝热砂浆是由轻质的多孔骨料制作而成的，具有吸声性能。同时，可以用石膏、水泥、砂、锯末按体积比率配制成吸声砂浆，或者在石灰、石膏砂浆中掺进玻璃纤维和矿棉等松软纤维的材料制作而成。吸声砂浆主要是用于室内的墙壁和平顶。

　　(5)耐酸砂浆

　　用硅酸钠和氟硅酸钠拌制成耐酸砂浆，有时候也可以掺进石英岩、花岗岩、铸石等等粉状的细骨料。等到水玻璃硬化之后，具有很好的耐酸性能。耐酸砂浆多用于作为衬砌的材料、耐酸地面和耐酸容器的内壁防护层。

　　(6)装饰砂浆

　　装饰砂浆是直接用于建筑物内外表面的，以增强建筑物的装饰艺术性为主要目的抹面砂浆。装饰砂浆是常常用到的装饰手段之一。装饰砂浆的底层和中层抹灰和普通抹面砂浆是基本相同的，主要是装饰砂浆的面层。选用具有一定颜色的胶凝材料和骨料，还要采用某种特殊的操作工艺，使表面表现出不同的色彩、线条和花纹等装饰的效果。

3抹面砂浆的作用

　　(1)底层砂浆的作用是使砂浆和基层能牢固地粘结在一起，有良好的保水性能。

　　(2)中层砂浆主要是为了找平，因此，有时候中层砂浆可以省去不做。

　　(3)面层砂浆主要为了能产生平整、光洁的表面效果。因此，各层抹面砂浆的作用不同，基底材料的特性不同，对砂浆技术性能要求也不同。

5虹吸式马桶防臭

　　很多马桶使用久了之后会出现返味的现象，这可能主要有两个原因，第一种可能是下水道的臭味，第二种就是可能是马桶安装不当造成的一种返味现象，一般直冲式马桶水封小，防臭、防粘功能不如虹吸的。由于虹吸式马桶特殊的机构设计，因此，虹吸式马桶防臭功能就要比一般的马桶的防臭功能要好的多。

6气动阀门检测

　　气动阀门不能正常打开、关闭情况下的各项检测。

　　1.检验电磁阀是否正常，线圈是否耗损或接触不良，电磁阀的阀芯是否被东西卡死

　　维修方法：更换线圈，清理电磁阀上卡住的东西，以上方法没用就更换电磁阀。

　　2.单边供气检验气动执行器，查看是否正常工作，如气缸活塞窜气、缸体与端盖或转轴处漏气等

　　维修方法：拆开执行器检查密封件是否已损坏，气缸内孔表面是否已损坏。更换已坏密封圈、更换活塞、或气缸。

　　3.检查阀内是否有东西将球芯或阀板卡住

　　维修方法：清理杂质或者更换已损阀件。

　　4.检查手动操作执行机构的手柄是否处在手动位置

　　处理方法：将手柄扳到气动自动位置。

　　5.检查管路是否扭曲、压扁

　　处理方法：纠正或更换管路。

　　6.检查介质或环境温度是否太低，造成管路冻结

　　处理方法：即时清除冷凝水，增设除水设备。

7 厨房水槽漏水

　　厨房水槽出现漏水现象，需要对原因进行分析，当然问题产生的原因可能不是唯一的，我们应该具体问题具体分析，根据不同的情况来修理。

　　情况一：水龙头漏水

　　将水龙头红色及蓝色的标志拆开，并更换其中的橡胶垫即可。

　　情况二：水槽和台面间的衔接松动，积水溺到台面，并漏到橱柜里

　　买好玻璃胶条，并将玻璃胶密封于水槽和台面间的衔接处。

　　情况三：厨房水槽下水管漏水

　　无论是上面的接口漏水，还是水槽下水管与地下的下水管间漏水，问题均出在橡胶垫上，橡胶垫老化或是开裂，都会出现漏水，这时只需把这个橡胶垫拆开并更换一个便可。

　　情况四：水槽本身漏水

　　用防水腻子涂抹水槽漏水处。

　　情况五：水槽零件坏或松动

　　先仔细检查角阀、螺丝和胶垫等位置，看是不是因使用太久，出现腐蚀和老化问题，若是如此，建议重新更换一个。

8厨房水槽堵了怎么办

　　如果发现厨房水槽堵了，不要急着去用水冲掉杂质或者把管道拆开。首先要做的就是把水管关闭，不然会造成更多的积水。然后再检查是哪个部位堵塞，或者是什么东西堵塞。厨房水槽一般堵塞的地方是U型管道处，因为堆积杂物导致排水不顺畅。或者是带排污螺丝的下水管道。弄清楚之后，在排水管下面垫一个污水盆。然后拆卸管道，用可以疏通的东西两边疏通一下。如果还有杂物，则将所有的连接口全部拧开卸下，冲洗干净。然后再组装回去。

　　值得注意的一点小技巧，厨房水槽下水管经常是被油腻杂物，菜渣堵塞，疏通前，可先往下水管导入一壶开水，然后用胶皮管子/钩子等伸到下水管中，清除杂物。

　　清理方法：准备一条胶皮管子，不用太长，只要能连通自来水笼头和下水管道就行。将管子的一端插入下水管道口，周围用破旧抹布或毛巾塞紧，将水管另一段固定到自来水管上，然后将水笼头开到最大，冲两三分钟，下水管道就能疏通了，堵的比较厉害，用手摇管道疏通器进行疏通：先将逆时针方向拧动止旋螺钉，然后将弹簧拉出放到下水管中，一直顶到障碍物，然后拉出10公分左右弹簧，拧紧止旋螺钉，选装把手，并施加压力，当完全进去后，在松开止旋螺钉，再拉出10公分弹簧反复操作直到感觉转动把手很轻松时，缓慢拉起就解决问题了。
