1沥青油毡瓦是什么

　　沥青油毡瓦简单来说就是一种瓦状的改性沥青防水材料，是用无纺玻璃纤维毡为基本材料，然后经由石油沥青制作而成的。沥青油毡瓦的特点有：

　　(1)沥青油毡瓦具有防尘自洁性，即使长期淋雨也不会在沥青油毡瓦的表面留下水渍，反而会变得更加干净;

　　(2)沥青油毡瓦有着极高的耐腐蚀性;

　　(3)沥青油毡瓦更加有利于施工，厚度较一般的材料要薄很多。

2沥青油毡瓦环保吗

　　很多人使用沥青油毡瓦的时候，都会有所嘀咕，究竟沥青油毡瓦环保吗?其实沥青油毡瓦最大的优势就是沥青油毡瓦的环保性能。一般来说，现代建筑中，很多瓦都是用完不可回收的，用完了只能堆在原处。然而沥青油毡瓦则不同，沥青油毡瓦是可回收的环保材料制成的，所以使用完了之后是可以回收的。也正是因为沥青油毡瓦的环保性，使得沥青油毡瓦最近颇受欢迎。

3沥青油毡瓦施工工艺

　　沥青油毡瓦的施工工艺如下：

　　(1)基层处理：在正式施工之前，要确保基面干燥、平整和无尘埃。如果基层上有凹凸处的话，需要用聚合物砂浆抹平方可继续施工;

　　(2)涂刷基层处理剂：先充分搅拌基层处理剂，然后用喷涂的方法均匀地把基层处理剂涂在基层表面，基本上一平方米用0.2公斤即可。刷涂完成之后，要注意保持基面的清洁，如果有污染的话，需要再刷涂一次;

　　(3)铺贴准备：铺贴之前，需要先弹线并试铺，确定无误之后，才可以正式开始铺设;

　　(4)正式铺贴：正式铺贴沥青油毡瓦的时候，需要将先将沥青油毡瓦对准，然后将其修整成想要的形状和大小，然后把沥青油毡瓦背面的隔离纸撕开50厘米左右，然后对准铺设。在铺设的时候，可以用压辊向两侧滚压，保证平整度。

　　沥青油毡瓦施工的时候要注意随时观察撕开的沥青油毡瓦的隔离纸的完整度，如果断裂应该立刻停止铺设，把隔离纸上的污渍清理干净之后才能继续铺贴。

5虹吸式马桶防臭

6气动阀门检测

　　气动阀门不能正常打开、关闭情况下的各项检测。

　　1.检验电磁阀是否正常，线圈是否耗损或接触不良，电磁阀的阀芯是否被东西卡死

　　维修方法：更换线圈，清理电磁阀上卡住的东西，以上方法没用就更换电磁阀。

　　2.单边供气检验气动执行器，查看是否正常工作，如气缸活塞窜气、缸体与端盖或转轴处漏气等

　　维修方法：拆开执行器检查密封件是否已损坏，气缸内孔表面是否已损坏。更换已坏密封圈、更换活塞、或气缸。

　　3.检查阀内是否有东西将球芯或阀板卡住

　　维修方法：清理杂质或者更换已损阀件。

　　4.检查手动操作执行机构的手柄是否处在手动位置

　　处理方法：将手柄扳到气动自动位置。

　　5.检查管路是否扭曲、压扁

　　处理方法：纠正或更换管路。

　　6.检查介质或环境温度是否太低，造成管路冻结

　　处理方法：即时清除冷凝水，增设除水设备。

7 厨房水槽漏水

　　厨房水槽出现漏水现象，需要对原因进行分析，当然问题产生的原因可能不是唯一的，我们应该具体问题具体分析，根据不同的情况来修理。

　　情况一：水龙头漏水

　　将水龙头红色及蓝色的标志拆开，并更换其中的橡胶垫即可。

　　情况二：水槽和台面间的衔接松动，积水溺到台面，并漏到橱柜里

　　买好玻璃胶条，并将玻璃胶密封于水槽和台面间的衔接处。

　　情况三：厨房水槽下水管漏水

　　无论是上面的接口漏水，还是水槽下水管与地下的下水管间漏水，问题均出在橡胶垫上，橡胶垫老化或是开裂，都会出现漏水，这时只需把这个橡胶垫拆开并更换一个便可。

　　情况四：水槽本身漏水

　　用防水腻子涂抹水槽漏水处。

　　情况五：水槽零件坏或松动

　　先仔细检查角阀、螺丝和胶垫等位置，看是不是因使用太久，出现腐蚀和老化问题，若是如此，建议重新更换一个。

　　如果发现厨房水槽堵了，不要急着去用水冲掉杂质或者把管道拆开。首先要做的就是把水管关闭，不然会造成更多的积水。然后再检查是哪个部位堵塞，或者是什么东西堵塞。厨房水槽一般堵塞的地方是U型管道处，因为堆积杂物导致排水不顺畅。或者是带排污螺丝的下水管道。弄清楚之后，在排水管下面垫一个污水盆。然后拆卸管道，用可以疏通的东西两边疏通一下。如果还有杂物，则将所有的连接口全部拧开卸下，冲洗干净。然后再组装回去。

　　值得注意的一点小技巧，厨房水槽下水管经常是被油腻杂物，菜渣堵塞，疏通前，可先往下水管导入一壶开水，然后用胶皮管子/钩子等伸到下水管中，清除杂物。

　　清理方法：准备一条胶皮管子，不用太长，只要能连通自来水笼头和下水管道就行。将管子的一端插入下水管道口，周围用破旧抹布或毛巾塞紧，将水管另一段固定到自来水管上，然后将水笼头开到最大，冲两三分钟，下水管道就能疏通了，堵的比较厉害，用手摇管道疏通器进行疏通：先将逆时针方向拧动止旋螺钉，然后将弹簧拉出放到下水管中，一直顶到障碍物，然后拉出10公分左右弹簧，拧紧止旋螺钉，选装把手，并施加压力，当完全进去后，在松开止旋螺钉，再拉出10公分弹簧反复操作直到感觉转动把手很轻松时，缓慢拉起就解决问题了。
