1厨房吊顶用什么材料好

　　厨房吊顶如果装修得当，能够使得厨房整体空间的视觉美观上更上一层楼，再加上中国人的烹饪习惯平时习惯多加油，所以厨房吊顶选材是否容易清洗就显得特别重要了。厨房吊顶用什么材料好?下面是一些常用的材料：

　　(1)玻璃

　　玻璃分为雾面玻璃以及彩色玻璃。厨房吊顶选用玻璃的两大好处，一是玻璃外表透明，十分美观;二是玻璃非常容易清洁，只需要用布擦干净就好。但是，使用的时候需要注意将光滑的那一面朝下，不然会显得不好清洁，而且浓厚的油烟会将玻璃的彩绘效果给破坏掉。

　　(2)PVC板

　　PVC板即用塑胶或者树脂为原料制作而成的板材。施工的时候，PVC板需配合轻钢骨架方法进行施工，嵌入灯管，使得PVC板不但有造型且兼具照明的效果。但是它有一个很大的缺点，就是经过长时间的受热之后会使得材料产生变形。若要嵌入灯管，宜选择热度较低的日光灯。

　　(3)铝板

　　铝板是金属材料，具有金属特性，能够防火防潮，因此公共空间会大量使用。使用它做厨房吊顶材料的时候，表面上通常会用粉底烤漆。不过，平滑的表面经过大量擦拭后，可能会有雾状的质感，感觉不够光滑。再加上铝板上面有沟缝，可能会有一些油垢沉积在这里。所以清洁的时候，避免使用一般的抹布，而应该使用湿布沾上中性清洁剂的方法来进行处理。

　　(4)矽酸钙板

　　它是最受欢迎的厨房吊顶材料，原因有二，一是它可以防火，二是它搭配涂料使用，再加上厨房是需要空间多于装饰的一个存在，简洁明了反而是大部分人追求的，所以很多家庭都非常喜欢选用这一材料。

2厨房吊顶高度

　　厨房吊顶的高度非常重要。我国大部分家庭的厨房面积在4~5平方米左右，一般来说，厨房吊顶高度最好设计在2.2~2.4米之间，而且最好不要低于2.3米。如果太低就会造成空间的压迫感。另外，卫生间的屋高会高于其他房间，所以厨房吊顶高度和卫生间大小也有一定关系，不能在卫生间太大的情况下将厨房吊顶设置的太低，不然会使得屋子显得拥挤。

3厨房吊顶价格

　　厨房吊顶的价格因材料的不同而产生变化，下面是一些常见材料的价格：

　　(1)玻璃

　　上面提到，玻璃材质的厨房吊顶做工精美，拥有着丰富外形，因此它的价格计算方式需要依厚度以及磨边形式另行计算。选择这种材料需要对比专业平台之间的报价，并且要仔细询问细节，多看成品图。

　　(2)铝扣板

　　铝扣板的价格是按片算的。一般来说，300x300的覆膜板要5~7元一片，450x450的或者300x600的要10元一片左右。每平方米的价格在50~130元左右。

　　(3)塑钢板

　　塑钢板的种类繁多，质量差别非常大。这一点在价格的浮动上也可以体现，价格从20~100多元不等。

　　(4)PVC板

　　PVC板的价格较为便宜，质量一般的在15~16元/平方米，好一点要25元/平方米以上。

　　(5)防水石膏板

　　防水石膏板的材质属于偏高档的，因此价格偏贵，在170~180元/平方米左右。

　　柜门合页的选择

　　柜门合页分为脱卸式和非脱卸式两种，又以柜门关上后遮盖位置分为大弯、中弯、直弯三种，一般以中弯为主。挑选合页除了目测、手感合页表面平整珧滑外，应注意合页弹簧的复位性能要好，可将合页打开95度，用手将合页两边用力按压，观察支撑弹簧片不变形、不折断，十分坚固的为质量合格的产品。

　　抽屉导轨合页的选择

　　抽屉导轨分为二节轨、三节轨两种，选择时外表油漆和电镀的光亮度，承重轮的间隙和强性决定了抽屉开合的灵活和噪音，应挑选耐磨及转动均匀的承重轮。

6气动阀门检测

　　气动阀门不能正常打开、关闭情况下的各项检测。

　　1.检验电磁阀是否正常，线圈是否耗损或接触不良，电磁阀的阀芯是否被东西卡死

　　维修方法：更换线圈，清理电磁阀上卡住的东西，以上方法没用就更换电磁阀。

　　2.单边供气检验气动执行器，查看是否正常工作，如气缸活塞窜气、缸体与端盖或转轴处漏气等

　　维修方法：拆开执行器检查密封件是否已损坏，气缸内孔表面是否已损坏。更换已坏密封圈、更换活塞、或气缸。

　　3.检查阀内是否有东西将球芯或阀板卡住

　　维修方法：清理杂质或者更换已损阀件。

　　4.检查手动操作执行机构的手柄是否处在手动位置

　　处理方法：将手柄扳到气动自动位置。

　　5.检查管路是否扭曲、压扁

　　处理方法：纠正或更换管路。

　　6.检查介质或环境温度是否太低，造成管路冻结

　　处理方法：即时清除冷凝水，增设除水设备。

7 厨房水槽漏水

　　厨房水槽出现漏水现象，需要对原因进行分析，当然问题产生的原因可能不是唯一的，我们应该具体问题具体分析，根据不同的情况来修理。

　　情况一：水龙头漏水

　　将水龙头红色及蓝色的标志拆开，并更换其中的橡胶垫即可。

　　情况二：水槽和台面间的衔接松动，积水溺到台面，并漏到橱柜里

　　买好玻璃胶条，并将玻璃胶密封于水槽和台面间的衔接处。

　　情况三：厨房水槽下水管漏水

　　无论是上面的接口漏水，还是水槽下水管与地下的下水管间漏水，问题均出在橡胶垫上，橡胶垫老化或是开裂，都会出现漏水，这时只需把这个橡胶垫拆开并更换一个便可。

　　情况四：水槽本身漏水

　　用防水腻子涂抹水槽漏水处。

　　情况五：水槽零件坏或松动

　　先仔细检查角阀、螺丝和胶垫等位置，看是不是因使用太久，出现腐蚀和老化问题，若是如此，建议重新更换一个。

　　如果发现厨房水槽堵了，不要急着去用水冲掉杂质或者把管道拆开。首先要做的就是把水管关闭，不然会造成更多的积水。然后再检查是哪个部位堵塞，或者是什么东西堵塞。厨房水槽一般堵塞的地方是U型管道处，因为堆积杂物导致排水不顺畅。或者是带排污螺丝的下水管道。弄清楚之后，在排水管下面垫一个污水盆。然后拆卸管道，用可以疏通的东西两边疏通一下。如果还有杂物，则将所有的连接口全部拧开卸下，冲洗干净。然后再组装回去。

　　值得注意的一点小技巧，厨房水槽下水管经常是被油腻杂物，菜渣堵塞，疏通前，可先往下水管导入一壶开水，然后用胶皮管子/钩子等伸到下水管中，清除杂物。

　　清理方法：准备一条胶皮管子，不用太长，只要能连通自来水笼头和下水管道就行。将管子的一端插入下水管道口，周围用破旧抹布或毛巾塞紧，将水管另一段固定到自来水管上，然后将水笼头开到最大，冲两三分钟，下水管道就能疏通了，堵的比较厉害，用手摇管道疏通器进行疏通：先将逆时针方向拧动止旋螺钉，然后将弹簧拉出放到下水管中，一直顶到障碍物，然后拉出10公分左右弹簧，拧紧止旋螺钉，选装把手，并施加压力，当完全进去后，在松开止旋螺钉，再拉出10公分弹簧反复操作直到感觉转动把手很轻松时，缓慢拉起就解决问题了。
