1错层楼梯分类

　　错层楼梯的分类与家居室内楼梯的分类大同小异，在造型上可分为直梯、弧形梯和旋梯。

　　(1)直梯

　　直梯是经典款，在很多地方都可以见到。它整体都在一个平面上，直爽的线条，看上去立体感非常强。如果有平台的话，还可以设置成直角拐角的双直边形式，丰富造型。

　　(2)弧形梯

　　弧形梯由曲板或曲梁构成，每个台阶呈现微微扇形，坡度设置在20°~45°之间。这种楼梯的类型非常多，不像直梯那般“直来直往”，可以做更多丰富的设计，装饰性非常强。

　　(3)旋梯

　　旋梯的中间设置一根圆柱，然后楼梯将围绕这根圆柱进行整体的设计，从上到下以俯视的角度布置成圆形，踏步的外侧宽度比较大，坡度则比较陡。这种楼梯最大的优点在于它节省空间，而且造型上比较优雅，有更多的设计可能。

2错层楼梯设计

　　错层楼梯应该如何设计?快来看看以下标准：

　　(1)阶梯高度大原则

　　上下楼梯的时候，第一级台阶和最后一级台阶高度上，要与其他台阶高度一致，若要稍微抬高，则应控制在4cm以内，最好不要超过2cm~3cm。

　　另外，楼梯最高的那一级台阶与天花板的距离，应该有2m以上的净空，最少也要有1.8m，不然整体空间会显得很压抑。

　　(2)栏杆间距

　　两根栏杆的中心距离以8cm为标准，且若家里有小孩，为了安全，不能大于12.5cm，以防有卡住脖子甚至坠落等安全事故发生。

　　(3)阶梯高度与深度

　　阶梯间的高度应在15~18cm，阶面的深度则应在22~27cm。阶梯数量在15步左右最为适宜，若超过设计休息平台比较好。

　　(4)楼梯宽度

　　在一边临空的时候，楼梯宽度的净空不应小于75cm;若两侧有墙，净宽更不应小于90cm。

3错层楼梯扶手

　　错层楼梯扶手有哪些设计标准?我们从大原则和材质来看看：

　　(1)大原则

　　1)扶手的高度(从踏步前缘线量起)不宜小于0.9m，而且当靠近楼梯井一侧水平扶手的长度超过0.5m的时候，它的高度就不应该小于1m。

　　2)栏杆垂直线之间的距离不应该大于0.11m。

　　3)直径最好在5.5cm左右。

　　(2)材质

　　1)木材

　　木材的纹理非常好，触感也非常棒。在国内，橡木、柚木、沙比利等木材用得比较多。

　　2)玻璃

　　目前的市场上，喷花玻璃和镶嵌玻璃经常用来装饰楼梯，在楼梯扶手处经常可见，具有很强的透通性，可以吸收较多的可见光，光线会变得比较柔和。

　　3)锻钢

　　这种材质广泛流行于年轻群体当中，极具现代感。

5铸铁浴缸安装

　　铸铁浴缸安装步骤

　　(1)先量好浴缸的高度和长度，预留出下面铺垫材料，也就是底座的高度(不宜过高)，在墙面上做上明显的记号。

　　(2)在地面上用方砖或水泥做底座，要求达到预留的高度，记得留出排水管的洞口，还应注意上平面保持在一条水平线上。

　　(3)最后再安装缸体，轻拿轻放，正对底座，接驳水管，缸体外面再用水泥或砖砌好，安装配件;用玻璃胶将靠墙接缝填补好。

6气动阀门检测

　　气动阀门不能正常打开、关闭情况下的各项检测。

　　1.检验电磁阀是否正常，线圈是否耗损或接触不良，电磁阀的阀芯是否被东西卡死

　　维修方法：更换线圈，清理电磁阀上卡住的东西，以上方法没用就更换电磁阀。

　　2.单边供气检验气动执行器，查看是否正常工作，如气缸活塞窜气、缸体与端盖或转轴处漏气等

　　维修方法：拆开执行器检查密封件是否已损坏，气缸内孔表面是否已损坏。更换已坏密封圈、更换活塞、或气缸。

　　3.检查阀内是否有东西将球芯或阀板卡住

　　维修方法：清理杂质或者更换已损阀件。

　　4.检查手动操作执行机构的手柄是否处在手动位置

　　处理方法：将手柄扳到气动自动位置。

　　5.检查管路是否扭曲、压扁

　　处理方法：纠正或更换管路。

　　6.检查介质或环境温度是否太低，造成管路冻结

　　处理方法：即时清除冷凝水，增设除水设备。

7 厨房水槽漏水

　　厨房水槽出现漏水现象，需要对原因进行分析，当然问题产生的原因可能不是唯一的，我们应该具体问题具体分析，根据不同的情况来修理。

　　情况一：水龙头漏水

　　将水龙头红色及蓝色的标志拆开，并更换其中的橡胶垫即可。

　　情况二：水槽和台面间的衔接松动，积水溺到台面，并漏到橱柜里

　　买好玻璃胶条，并将玻璃胶密封于水槽和台面间的衔接处。

　　情况三：厨房水槽下水管漏水

　　无论是上面的接口漏水，还是水槽下水管与地下的下水管间漏水，问题均出在橡胶垫上，橡胶垫老化或是开裂，都会出现漏水，这时只需把这个橡胶垫拆开并更换一个便可。

　　情况四：水槽本身漏水

　　用防水腻子涂抹水槽漏水处。

　　情况五：水槽零件坏或松动

　　先仔细检查角阀、螺丝和胶垫等位置，看是不是因使用太久，出现腐蚀和老化问题，若是如此，建议重新更换一个。

　　如果发现厨房水槽堵了，不要急着去用水冲掉杂质或者把管道拆开。首先要做的就是把水管关闭，不然会造成更多的积水。然后再检查是哪个部位堵塞，或者是什么东西堵塞。厨房水槽一般堵塞的地方是U型管道处，因为堆积杂物导致排水不顺畅。或者是带排污螺丝的下水管道。弄清楚之后，在排水管下面垫一个污水盆。然后拆卸管道，用可以疏通的东西两边疏通一下。如果还有杂物，则将所有的连接口全部拧开卸下，冲洗干净。然后再组装回去。

　　值得注意的一点小技巧，厨房水槽下水管经常是被油腻杂物，菜渣堵塞，疏通前，可先往下水管导入一壶开水，然后用胶皮管子/钩子等伸到下水管中，清除杂物。

　　清理方法：准备一条胶皮管子，不用太长，只要能连通自来水笼头和下水管道就行。将管子的一端插入下水管道口，周围用破旧抹布或毛巾塞紧，将水管另一段固定到自来水管上，然后将水笼头开到最大，冲两三分钟，下水管道就能疏通了，堵的比较厉害，用手摇管道疏通器进行疏通：先将逆时针方向拧动止旋螺钉，然后将弹簧拉出放到下水管中，一直顶到障碍物，然后拉出10公分左右弹簧，拧紧止旋螺钉，选装把手，并施加压力，当完全进去后，在松开止旋螺钉，再拉出10公分弹簧反复操作直到感觉转动把手很轻松时，缓慢拉起就解决问题了。
