　　普赛克不锈钢水龙头产地位于开平市，它的不锈钢水龙头和直饮水龙头款式较新颖、质量较好，并且产品倡导健康环保，也获得过国外客商的高度肯定，但网上一些消费者对其产品评价较为一般。

2不锈钢水龙头清洁

　　不锈钢水龙头在使用时间较久时候难免会有一些污垢，这时我们就要对它进行一些简单的清洁处理，下面是一些清洁的小技巧，利用生活中的一些小物品，使水龙头可恢复往日的光亮。

　　(1)可以用我们常用的牙刷和牙膏(或使用专门的清洁剂)，将牙膏挤在污垢处用牙刷沾水反复刷洗，用清水将洗刷掉的脏污清除，然后用干净的布擦干;

　　(2)然后用我们平常穿的旧丝袜或其他丝巾等在龙头表面来回擦拭抛光;

　　(3)最后准备一些橘子皮，用它在水龙头的表面反复擦拭几遍(因其含有果酸，可以很好的保养不锈钢水龙头的表面，延长水龙头的使用寿命)，最后用干净的布子将水龙头擦拭干净即可。

3不锈钢水龙头

　　不锈钢水龙头外表光滑美观，材质中不含铅，耐用、不污染水源等等许多优点，但任何事物都有其两面性，我们应该更全面的去了解。

　　(1)它的制造过程较为复杂，要求的技术含量也比较高，现如今各项的工艺并不是很成熟，国内具有一定规模且比较成熟的生产厂家并不多，因此它的价格也是比较昂贵的。

　　(2)不锈钢水龙头材质中虽不含铅，但这并不意味着就是完全健康，它还含有铬、镍等元素，其中铬元素是有毒的，能够破坏我们人体体内的DNA、肾脏等有致癌的危险，会引起基因突变。而且水当经氯气过滤消毒时，会发生同位素同化腐蚀水龙头。

　　(3)不锈钢水龙头也并不一定真的不腐锈，不锈钢水嘴表面薄而致密的富铬氧化膜是使它不被氧化生锈的原因，但是如果表面的那层氧化膜处理不好，那么依然会生锈。因此在购买时一定要选择正品，、有较高信誉度的商家。

6气动阀门检测

　　气动阀门不能正常打开、关闭情况下的各项检测。

　　1.检验电磁阀是否正常，线圈是否耗损或接触不良，电磁阀的阀芯是否被东西卡死

　　维修方法：更换线圈，清理电磁阀上卡住的东西，以上方法没用就更换电磁阀。

　　2.单边供气检验气动执行器，查看是否正常工作，如气缸活塞窜气、缸体与端盖或转轴处漏气等

　　维修方法：拆开执行器检查密封件是否已损坏，气缸内孔表面是否已损坏。更换已坏密封圈、更换活塞、或气缸。

　　3.检查阀内是否有东西将球芯或阀板卡住

　　维修方法：清理杂质或者更换已损阀件。

　　4.检查手动操作执行机构的手柄是否处在手动位置

　　处理方法：将手柄扳到气动自动位置。

　　5.检查管路是否扭曲、压扁

　　处理方法：纠正或更换管路。

　　6.检查介质或环境温度是否太低，造成管路冻结

　　处理方法：即时清除冷凝水，增设除水设备。

7 厨房水槽漏水

　　厨房水槽出现漏水现象，需要对原因进行分析，当然问题产生的原因可能不是唯一的，我们应该具体问题具体分析，根据不同的情况来修理。

　　情况一：水龙头漏水

　　将水龙头红色及蓝色的标志拆开，并更换其中的橡胶垫即可。

　　情况二：水槽和台面间的衔接松动，积水溺到台面，并漏到橱柜里

　　买好玻璃胶条，并将玻璃胶密封于水槽和台面间的衔接处。

　　情况三：厨房水槽下水管漏水

　　无论是上面的接口漏水，还是水槽下水管与地下的下水管间漏水，问题均出在橡胶垫上，橡胶垫老化或是开裂，都会出现漏水，这时只需把这个橡胶垫拆开并更换一个便可。

　　情况四：水槽本身漏水

　　用防水腻子涂抹水槽漏水处。

　　情况五：水槽零件坏或松动

　　先仔细检查角阀、螺丝和胶垫等位置，看是不是因使用太久，出现腐蚀和老化问题，若是如此，建议重新更换一个。

　　如果发现厨房水槽堵了，不要急着去用水冲掉杂质或者把管道拆开。首先要做的就是把水管关闭，不然会造成更多的积水。然后再检查是哪个部位堵塞，或者是什么东西堵塞。厨房水槽一般堵塞的地方是U型管道处，因为堆积杂物导致排水不顺畅。或者是带排污螺丝的下水管道。弄清楚之后，在排水管下面垫一个污水盆。然后拆卸管道，用可以疏通的东西两边疏通一下。如果还有杂物，则将所有的连接口全部拧开卸下，冲洗干净。然后再组装回去。

　　值得注意的一点小技巧，厨房水槽下水管经常是被油腻杂物，菜渣堵塞，疏通前，可先往下水管导入一壶开水，然后用胶皮管子/钩子等伸到下水管中，清除杂物。

　　清理方法：准备一条胶皮管子，不用太长，只要能连通自来水笼头和下水管道就行。将管子的一端插入下水管道口，周围用破旧抹布或毛巾塞紧，将水管另一段固定到自来水管上，然后将水笼头开到最大，冲两三分钟，下水管道就能疏通了，堵的比较厉害，用手摇管道疏通器进行疏通：先将逆时针方向拧动止旋螺钉，然后将弹簧拉出放到下水管中，一直顶到障碍物，然后拉出10公分左右弹簧，拧紧止旋螺钉，选装把手，并施加压力，当完全进去后，在松开止旋螺钉，再拉出10公分弹簧反复操作直到感觉转动把手很轻松时，缓慢拉起就解决问题了。
