1地中海风格吊顶材料

　　地中海吊顶造型设计十分的多样化和独特化，在点线面上面的变化也比较灵活多变。其吊顶材料使用哪种比较合适是许多业主都会考虑的问题。

　　(1) 地中海风格家装吊顶设计可以多采用木龙骨结构。进行木质吊顶的时候多与电工配合将各个功能线与装饰线路穿管放好一步到位。

　　(2) 而厨房或卫生间等区域也是突出的蓝白色调，可以多采用海边的材料比如刷了防腐漆的桑拿板或是不需要刷漆的流行生态木等，十分整齐有闲适的居家质感。

　　(3) 采用厚实的木条整齐排列或是格栅搭配吊扇更具有清新自然的视觉感受，十分符合地中海气质。

　　(4) 地中海风格吊顶不宜采用轻钢龙骨，其造型太过多样化，且轻钢龙骨的吊顶面积较小，无法很好的切合地中海风格的需求。建议可以使用木龙骨，安全性也高。

2地中海风格吊顶怎么做

　　地中海吊顶施工怎样进行，过程中还是有很多事项需要注意，以免陷入地中海风格吊顶误区。

　　(1)适合层高高、面积大的户型，地中海风格比较唯美而浪漫，吊顶造型稍稍繁复一些如果没有足够的吊顶空间是展现布料很好的装饰效果的。比如客餐厅净空3m以下的楼层，不宜吊满顶。

　　(2)搭配灯带，是烘托地中海风格浪漫气氛的重要因素之一。地中海吊顶灯带搭配多用海蓝，营造大海的明媚视觉效果。但是不宜采用色调缤纷多彩的射灯或是筒灯等来烘托气氛，长期处在这样的环境下容易使人产生焦虑烦躁的情绪。木制吊顶时要与电工配合，各功能线路与灯饰线路需穿管放好。

　　(3)造型过于独特，造型凹凸、线条独特的吊顶可以展现房间的个性以及层次感，比如常地中海风格常见的凹凸型井格吊顶。但是为了追求个性新奇，设计过多的凹凸造型，加上各种玻璃、金属材料，是否好看且不说，平时清洁肯定会很麻烦。而且，地中海风格吊顶追求天然流畅的质感，并不是很适合添加太多玻璃金属等现代化的元素。

3地中海风格吊顶石膏线

　　石膏线的装饰多用于欧式或美式等风格装修，在地中海装修风格中几不可见，是可以不用的。

　　(1) 地中海风格的质感原始，线条流畅多以拱形为主，展现自然浑圆的质感。因此其吊顶设计一般可以不用石膏线进行装点的。

　　(2) 装修过程中使用石膏线进行局部的修饰主要是因为石膏线轻便、便宜，在一些装修风格中很能够展现精致的装饰效果，但也不是必须要有的。而地中海风格没有石膏线的修饰也可以显现其灵动气质。

　　(3) 拱形或是波浪线是地中海设计的元素特点，吊顶造型保持流畅的拱形或是独特的波浪状就可以很有风格特点了。

4pvc石塑地板价格

　　pvc石塑地板的价格也是消费者关注的焦点，其实pvc石塑地板的价格在建材市场上并没有一个统一的价格，会因为品牌、品质、规格的不同而存在差异，所以影响pvc石塑地板价格的因素有多种。一般进口的pvc石塑地板价格每平方米是在200元到500元之间，甚至会更高，国产的pvc石塑地板价格稍微要便宜一些，从几十元到几百元不等，所以可以根据自己的实际需求来购买pvc石塑地板。

5内墙腻子施工工艺

　　内墙腻子施工工艺：基层处理→修补腻子→刮腻子(三遍)→修补腻子→用砂纸磨平磨光

　　1、基层处理：将墙体基层上起皮、松动及鼓包部位清除凿平，将基层上的灰尘、污垢、溅沫和砂浆流痕等杂物清扫干净。将墙体表面的铁丝钢筋头磨平，外面刷防锈漆处理。

　　2、修补腻子：用水石膏将墙面等基层上磕碰的坑凹、缝隙等处分别找平，干燥后用1好砂纸将凸出磨平，并将浮沉等清理干净。

　　3、刮腻子：分三遍进行腻子施工：第一遍用刮板横向满刮，一刮板接一刮板，接头不得留槎，每一刮板最后收头时要利落。第二遍用刮板竖向满刮，施工方法同第一遍腻子。第三遍用刮板刮找补腻子，墙面刮平刮光干燥后，用细砂纸磨平磨光，注意不要漏磨或将腻子磨穿，刷乳胶漆三遍。

6气动阀门检测

　　气动阀门不能正常打开、关闭情况下的各项检测。

　　1.检验电磁阀是否正常，线圈是否耗损或接触不良，电磁阀的阀芯是否被东西卡死

　　维修方法：更换线圈，清理电磁阀上卡住的东西，以上方法没用就更换电磁阀。

　　2.单边供气检验气动执行器，查看是否正常工作，如气缸活塞窜气、缸体与端盖或转轴处漏气等

　　维修方法：拆开执行器检查密封件是否已损坏，气缸内孔表面是否已损坏。更换已坏密封圈、更换活塞、或气缸。

　　3.检查阀内是否有东西将球芯或阀板卡住

　　维修方法：清理杂质或者更换已损阀件。

　　4.检查手动操作执行机构的手柄是否处在手动位置

　　处理方法：将手柄扳到气动自动位置。

　　5.检查管路是否扭曲、压扁

　　处理方法：纠正或更换管路。

　　6.检查介质或环境温度是否太低，造成管路冻结

　　处理方法：即时清除冷凝水，增设除水设备。

7 厨房水槽漏水

　　厨房水槽出现漏水现象，需要对原因进行分析，当然问题产生的原因可能不是唯一的，我们应该具体问题具体分析，根据不同的情况来修理。

　　情况一：水龙头漏水

　　将水龙头红色及蓝色的标志拆开，并更换其中的橡胶垫即可。

　　情况二：水槽和台面间的衔接松动，积水溺到台面，并漏到橱柜里

　　买好玻璃胶条，并将玻璃胶密封于水槽和台面间的衔接处。

　　情况三：厨房水槽下水管漏水

　　无论是上面的接口漏水，还是水槽下水管与地下的下水管间漏水，问题均出在橡胶垫上，橡胶垫老化或是开裂，都会出现漏水，这时只需把这个橡胶垫拆开并更换一个便可。

　　情况四：水槽本身漏水

　　用防水腻子涂抹水槽漏水处。

　　情况五：水槽零件坏或松动

　　先仔细检查角阀、螺丝和胶垫等位置，看是不是因使用太久，出现腐蚀和老化问题，若是如此，建议重新更换一个。

　　如果发现厨房水槽堵了，不要急着去用水冲掉杂质或者把管道拆开。首先要做的就是把水管关闭，不然会造成更多的积水。然后再检查是哪个部位堵塞，或者是什么东西堵塞。厨房水槽一般堵塞的地方是U型管道处，因为堆积杂物导致排水不顺畅。或者是带排污螺丝的下水管道。弄清楚之后，在排水管下面垫一个污水盆。然后拆卸管道，用可以疏通的东西两边疏通一下。如果还有杂物，则将所有的连接口全部拧开卸下，冲洗干净。然后再组装回去。

　　值得注意的一点小技巧，厨房水槽下水管经常是被油腻杂物，菜渣堵塞，疏通前，可先往下水管导入一壶开水，然后用胶皮管子/钩子等伸到下水管中，清除杂物。

　　清理方法：准备一条胶皮管子，不用太长，只要能连通自来水笼头和下水管道就行。将管子的一端插入下水管道口，周围用破旧抹布或毛巾塞紧，将水管另一段固定到自来水管上，然后将水笼头开到最大，冲两三分钟，下水管道就能疏通了，堵的比较厉害，用手摇管道疏通器进行疏通：先将逆时针方向拧动止旋螺钉，然后将弹簧拉出放到下水管中，一直顶到障碍物，然后拉出10公分左右弹簧，拧紧止旋螺钉，选装把手，并施加压力，当完全进去后，在松开止旋螺钉，再拉出10公分弹簧反复操作直到感觉转动把手很轻松时，缓慢拉起就解决问题了。
