　　不同公司、企业签订不同的合同的流程也不一样，下面以劳动合同签订流程为例，举例合同签订流程

　　劳动合同签订分为两种情况，一种是新员工入职，另一种是到期续签。

　　一、新员工签订合同。

　　新员工入职当天，人事部人事专员确认新员工名单。准备好合同后，并在其完成入职手续后签署劳动合同。

　　二、合同到期续签的。

　　1.人事部在合同到期前一段时间(按公司规定)统计到期人员名单，并向有关部门发出《劳动合同续签意向反馈表》。

　　2.部门主管收到通知后，填写《劳动合同续签意向反馈表》，确认续签名单，将信息反馈给人事部。

　　3.不同意进行续签的。

　　1)对于不同意进行续签的，填写《员工离职申请表》和合同终止的相关材料，给人事部门审批。2)人事部收到不续签人员的《员工离职申请表》后进行审批。3)审批不通过，人事部将信息反馈回去，并由部门领导与员工进行协商安排;审批通过的，人事专员将信息反馈给用人部门，按公司要求签署《终止劳动合同通知书》4)用人部门提交《终止劳动合同通知书》。

　　4.同意续签的。

　　1)《员工劳动合同续签意向书》，向人事部反馈。

　　2)员工在规定时间内确认是否续签，将《员工劳动合同续签意向书》反馈到部门主管，确认续签的，人事部在合同到期前一段时间向确认续签员工发放劳动合同，并在规定时间内收回。

　　合同签订要注意以下几点：

　　1)合同文本的起草。

　　一般，当双方达成一致协议后，就可以进行合同文本的起草了。通常，起草合同文本的一方掌握主动权。因为起草合同文本的一方，可以按照自己的意思理解文本，而另一方则全然没有准备，即使仔细审阅了，也可能由于语言上理解的差异而难以发现不利于己方之处。因此，在签订合同时，最好能争取到起草一方，如若不然则一定要谨慎阅读文本，要求对方进行详细解释。

　　2)明确双方签约资格。

　　合同时具有法律效力的文件，因此在签订合同时双方一定要具有签订资格。在签订合同时应及时调查清楚对方的信资情况或者其他情况，也可以要求对方出示相关证明。一般来讲，商业上的谈判签约人应该是董事长或者总经理，若是委托，则要求出示有效证明。

　　3)合同要明确规定双方的义务和责任。

　　这是合同签订中至关重要的一环。不能只关注签订的条款而忽视义务和责任，特别是当违约情况发生时的责任。这些对应的条款也不能太过笼统，越细致越好。

　　4)合同条款要详细具体。

　　合同条款笼统不利于合同的履行。合同条款不能重复和矛盾。经常有因为合同内容不具体、明晰而产生法律纠纷的案例。因此合同条款的说明一定要准确、语言文字不能有歧义。

  　　合同签订有以下规范和技巧：  

  　　1)合同当事人的姓名。如果是法人的话需要法人名称。委托方要出示委托证明。  

  　　2)合同标的。如果是买卖合同的话，要注明货物名称、规格、型号、购买数量等;如果提供劳务，需要说明劳务的类型、标准。  

  　　3)价格。需要注意货币单位。  

  　　4)履行期限。履行期限是合同中不可忽视的关键点，超过期限会导致违约。  

  　　5)违约责任。此点需要在合同中标注说明，当当事人违背合同时，可以按照合同规定进行处理。  

  　　6)纠纷解决方式。约定是采用仲裁还是诉讼，这在合同中也十分重要。  

  　　7)法律适用。在国际买卖中，诉讼发生时向哪里的法院进行起诉也是十分重要的。一般以合同签订的地点为准。  

  　　第一、安装之前，要先检查气缸的各种元件是否完好无损，连接部件是否出现松动现象。  

  　　第二、为气缸配管之前，要先使用压缩空气将管内的杂物清除干净，以免杂物掉入气缸。  

  　　第三、配管材料应该使用防腐蚀的尼龙管、镀锌管、橡胶管等材料。  

  　　第四、安装气缸应该在水平面进行，如果安装面不平，会导致气缸运作不良。  

  　　第五、安装时必须确保气缸的缸体不变形，并且保证气缸的底座刚度足够，不允许用电焊焊接负载与活塞杆的连接。  

  　　第六、最合适使用气缸的温度是5—60℃。在高于60℃的高温环境下，应该选择耐高温的气缸，并且要注意考虑密封件的材质;在低于5℃的低温环境下，应该采取相应的防冻措施，以免回路中的水分冻结。  

  　　第七、气缸工作时，应该尽量避免受到侧向的负载，否则可能会减少气缸的使用寿命。  

  　　第八、如果气缸拆下后长时间没有使用，要对其表面进行防锈，并且要在进气口和排气口加装防尘塞。

  　　架空地板即防静电架空地板，是防静电地板的一种。因架空地板使用环境比较特殊，所以在使用保养过程中应注意以下几点：  

  　　(1)  禁用尖锐、锋刃的器具在架空地板的装饰面上直接施工操作，防止破坏装饰面的抗静电性能和美观程度;  

  　　(2)  在使用过程中禁止人员从高处直接跳落到架空地板上，及在移动物品时野蛮搬运、砸伤架空地板;  

  　　(3)  在架空地板上搬运物品时。禁止直接在板面上推动物体，使物体与地面间直接摩擦，造成板面划伤;  

  　　(4)  在搬运物品时.应用带有胶轮的推车进行搬运或物体的轮廓与架空地板之间铺设隔离垫.防止板面损伤;  

  　　(5)  在架空地板面上放置较重物品时，应平稳摆设，以免砸伤地板;  

  　　(6)  对架空地板下部空间的设备进行使用维护时，应用架空地板吸板器进行架空地板安装，拆装架空地板要轻拿轻，以免损伤架空地板;  

  　　(7)  使用中可用千净的拖布和抹布保特板面的清洁，注意不要把大量的清洁剂液洒在架空地板上，以免液体流到架空地板下面影响下部的线路及设备的正常运行。
