屋顶防水材料

　　屋顶防水材料是指涂刷在建筑物表面上，经溶剂或水分的挥发或两种组分的化学反应形成一层薄膜，使建筑物表面与水隔绝，从而起到防水、密封的作用的一种粘稠液体。防水涂料经固化后形成的防水薄膜具有一定的延伸性、弹塑性、抗裂性、抗渗性及耐候性，能起到防水、防渗和保护作用。

  　　屋顶防水材料具有以下几个特点：  

  　　1、屋顶防水材料在固化前为粘稠状液态，因此，施工时不仅能在水平面，还能在里面、阴阳角以及各种复杂表面，形成无接缝的完整的防水膜。  

  　　2、屋顶防水材料在使用时无需加热，既减少了环境污染，又便于操作，改善劳动条件。  

  　　3、屋顶防水材料形成的防水层自重小，特别适用于轻型屋面等的防水。  

  　　4、屋顶防水材料形成的防水膜具有很大的延伸性、耐水性和耐候性，能够适应基层裂缝的微小变化。  

  　　5、涂布的防水材料，既是防水层的主体材料，又能充当胶粘剂，故粘接质量容易保证，维修起来也比较简单。尤其是对于基层裂缝、施工缝、雨水及贯穿管周围等一些容易造成渗漏的部位，可以很方便的进行增强涂刷、贴布等作业的实施。  

  　　屋顶防水材料主要有三类：  

  　　1、防水卷材，主要用于工程施工，如屋顶、外墙、地下室等。  

  　　2、911聚氨酯防水材料，含有挥发性毒气，施工要求严格，且造价昂贵。  

  　　3、新型聚合物水泥防水材料，材料由有机高分子液料和无机粉料复合而成，融合了有机材料弹性高和无机材料耐久性好的特点，涂覆后形成高强坚韧的防水涂膜，这种新型材料能与水泥基面完美的结为一体，经久不脱层，是家庭防水的常见选择材料。  

　　屋顶防水材料的选择，并不说说材料越好作用就越好，要根据建筑物的不同，选择适当的材料，才能取得最佳的防水效果。下面就接好一下屋顶防水材料的选择要点。

　　屋顶由于受到各种综合性因素的影响，比如力学、物理、化学等方面的影响，主要是因为屋面长期处于暴露下，直接受大气、冻融交替、热胀冷缩、干湿变化等的影响，以及一些阳光、紫外线、臭氧等的作用，和风霜雨雪的冲刷和风化的作用，以及一些机构性的结构性影响，温差作用和施工时用力拉伸防水卷材或涂膜胎体，是防水层处于高应力状态下，可导致屋面提前损坏。因此需要选用耐老化性能好的，并且需要具有一定延伸性的、耐热度高的材料。那么在屋顶防水材料的选择上应该选择聚酯胎改性沥青卷材、三元乙丙片材或沥青油毡等方面特性的材料。

  　　1、选择吸音板最重要的原则是该款吸音板是否有权威的检测报告。目前国内最权威的墙体隔音检测报告单位包括清华大学和同济大学的建筑声学研究所。合格的吸音板应该出具有官方的检测报告，标明由该吸音板组成墙体的隔声效果。如果一种吸音板宣传其隔音性能如何好，但是却提供不了正式的检测报告，消费者一定要谨慎。  

  　　2、还要留意厂家销售的吸音板和检测时送检的样品是否是同一种产品。如果送检的样品与实际销售的样品是不同的产品，那么销售的产品很明显将达不到检测报告中标明的隔声值。从这一方面而言，消费者要注意辨别厂家的资质、信用和商誉，尽可能避免上当受骗。  

  　　3、吸音板的安装方法必须非常简单，否则也很难达到理想的隔音效果。一种墙体如果在实验室里检测能隔音X分贝，在实际工程中常常只能隔音X-2分贝，甚至隔音效果更低，因为实际工程中墙板的安装质量不如实验室里专业人士的安装质量，因此，吸音板安装必须简单，否则现场的安装人员肯定会出现失误，导致墙体隔声值达不到隔声目标。  

  　　4、吸音板是一种基于完全新型隔声原理的隔音材料，其显著提高的隔音效果不是通过增加重量和厚度来实现的，因此并不是板材越厚质量越重就是优质的吸音板，市场上不少劣质吸音板就是通过增加厚度重量，损失空间来提高吸音效果的，这是十分不可取的。  

  　　5、市场上有一些吸音板是在两块板之间安装橡胶层、减振材料或隔音毡等做成的，采用这种方法，在短期里可以在一定程度上提高隔音效果，但是其隔音效果会随着时间而逐渐降低，因此在选择吸音板是也要注意看吸音的效果能保持多长时间。  

  　　最后为了安全起见，还要注意吸音板的强度、防火阻燃性能，这是一切板材选购都应该注意的事项，在某些比较潮湿的地区还要注意吸音板的防水性能，以免发生霉变影响美观及吸音效果。  

　　吸音板吊顶是一种以吸音板为主要材料，通过饰面处理而形成的一种新型吊顶。吸声板吊顶具有质轻、吸声、防火、隔热、保温、美观大方，施工方便等特点，适用于各类公共建筑物的吊顶装饰。

　　常见的吸音板吊顶主要有槽木吸音板吊顶、孔木吸音板吊顶、布艺吸音板吊顶、木质吸音板吊顶，聚脂纤维吸音板吊顶等，其中木质吸音板吊顶不仅具有传统装饰板隔热、防火、防尘、质轻、不改性、不腐烂等特点，更具有吸声效果佳、强度高、装饰性好、施工方便、环保性能优等特点，是经常采用的一种吸音板吊顶。

  　　吸音板安装施工技术  

  　　吸音板的铺设，关键是板的固定，根据龙骨的断面、吸音板边的处理及板材的类型，常分为三种固定方式。普通吸音板安装通常都以采用螺钉固定安装法。  

  　　1、吸音板(包括基层板和饰面板)用螺钉固定在龙骨上。金属龙骨大多采用自攻螺钉，木龙骨采用木螺丝。  

  　　2、用胶粘剂将吸音板(指饰面板)粘到龙骨上。  

  　　3、将吸音板(指饰面板)加工成企口暗缝的形式，龙骨的两条肢插入暗缝内，不用针，也不用胶，靠两条肢将板担住。
