毛坯房地面

  　　一般来说毛坯房地面有裂缝不是大问题，一般都是由于工人在铺设水泥的时候没有给混泥土足够的水分，导致了开裂。不过这种裂缝虽然问题不大，但是一旦有漏水问题就会很严重了。所以如果在验房的时候发现了这种问题，可以请物业让工人们再来进行修补。  

  　　还有一种裂缝的产生原因是因为房屋沉降的时候不够均匀，虽然可以通过装修的方式进行弥补，但是日后可能还是会有再次开裂的情况发生。所以在进行软装之前要对地面进行拍照取证，日后有问题可以向物业开出证明。  

  　　一般开发商会对地面进行防水的处理，但是平整度会有所不平。在铺设地板之前可以对地面进行一次清理，要做到表面没有缝隙以及突起，保持表面的干燥。  

  　　地板的颜色可以根据家里的风格来进行选择，可以选择颜色比较耐脏的地板，选择好地板以后可以搅拌树脂胶，接着进行铺装地板。最后一排地板可能需要进行切割以及拼装，记得提前计划好。接着是踢脚线的安装，踢脚线的缝隙应该保持在5-12mm以内，需要注意的是一定要把伸张缝给盖住才行。  

  　　很多消费者会想，毛坯房是一个全新的开始，铺设的地板是基础，所以一定要慎重一些，下面就让我们有哪些地板可以铺设吧：  

  　　(1)  木地板  

  　　木地板的优点是纹理比较自然，踩上去冬暖夏凉，触感也比较好，最重要的是隔音效果比较好。但是相对来说它也有缺点，就是并不耐磨，而且随着使用的时间变长，地板也会失去光泽。  

  　　(2)  强化地板  

  　　强化地板的优点是价格可供选择的范围比较大，而且花色比较多，不仅施工的时候很快捷，平常清扫起来也比较方便。缺点则是它的触感并没有实木地板的好，遇到开裂的情况修复起来很困难。甲醛问题也比较重，如果确定铺设了强化地板，那么一定要多散几天味道。  

  　　(3)  实木复合地板  

  　　实木复合地板现在比较多见，因为它的质量比较好，而且耐磨、耐热还有一定的防霉效果。缺点就是平常维护的时候比较费劲，需要花点心思。而且如果有一些质量较差的地板，使用过程中可能还会发生脱胶的情况。  

  　　(4)  软木地板  

  　　软木地板生长在地中海沿岸，并不多见，除了价格较高以及货源较少以外几乎没有缺点。如果消费者比较注重生活的品质，不妨可以考虑这一款地板。

  　　1、选择吸音板最重要的原则是该款吸音板是否有权威的检测报告。目前国内最权威的墙体隔音检测报告单位包括清华大学和同济大学的建筑声学研究所。合格的吸音板应该出具有官方的检测报告，标明由该吸音板组成墙体的隔声效果。如果一种吸音板宣传其隔音性能如何好，但是却提供不了正式的检测报告，消费者一定要谨慎。  

  　　2、还要留意厂家销售的吸音板和检测时送检的样品是否是同一种产品。如果送检的样品与实际销售的样品是不同的产品，那么销售的产品很明显将达不到检测报告中标明的隔声值。从这一方面而言，消费者要注意辨别厂家的资质、信用和商誉，尽可能避免上当受骗。  

  　　3、吸音板的安装方法必须非常简单，否则也很难达到理想的隔音效果。一种墙体如果在实验室里检测能隔音X分贝，在实际工程中常常只能隔音X-2分贝，甚至隔音效果更低，因为实际工程中墙板的安装质量不如实验室里专业人士的安装质量，因此，吸音板安装必须简单，否则现场的安装人员肯定会出现失误，导致墙体隔声值达不到隔声目标。  

  　　4、吸音板是一种基于完全新型隔声原理的隔音材料，其显著提高的隔音效果不是通过增加重量和厚度来实现的，因此并不是板材越厚质量越重就是优质的吸音板，市场上不少劣质吸音板就是通过增加厚度重量，损失空间来提高吸音效果的，这是十分不可取的。  

  　　5、市场上有一些吸音板是在两块板之间安装橡胶层、减振材料或隔音毡等做成的，采用这种方法，在短期里可以在一定程度上提高隔音效果，但是其隔音效果会随着时间而逐渐降低，因此在选择吸音板是也要注意看吸音的效果能保持多长时间。  

  　　最后为了安全起见，还要注意吸音板的强度、防火阻燃性能，这是一切板材选购都应该注意的事项，在某些比较潮湿的地区还要注意吸音板的防水性能，以免发生霉变影响美观及吸音效果。

  　　1、吸音板(包括基层板和饰面板)用螺钉固定在龙骨上。金属龙骨大多采用自攻螺钉，木龙骨采用木螺丝。  

  　　2、用胶粘剂将吸音板(指饰面板)粘到龙骨上。  

  　　3、将吸音板(指饰面板)加工成企口暗缝的形式，龙骨的两条肢插入暗缝内，不用针，也不用胶，靠两条肢将板担住。
