屋面保温

  　　屋面保温的特点是很多北方人较为关心的问题，那究竟有哪些呢?下面就一起来了解一下吧。  

  　　根据屋顶形式的不同其保温特点也有区分，但是差别不会太大，一般房屋屋顶的形式分为两种，一是平屋顶；二是坡屋顶。  

  　　前者的保温在材料的选择上，要选择质量轻、导热系数小且孔多的。市场上保温材料可以根据施工手法不同，把材料分成三种形式，分别是散料、现浇拌合物、板块，其中散料和现浇所制作的保温层在可塑性上较为可观，还能替代坡层。  

  　　屋面保温在铺设的位置上有三种做法：  

  　　一、铺设在结构层与防水层之间：这是较为常用的方式，将保温设置在低温一侧，符合热原理，从而更好的拥有保温效果。  

  　　二、铺设在防水层上方：这种方式的整体结构为保温层、防水层、结构层，所应用的保温材料在吸水效果上要差、有较强的耐气候性能，最好在保温层上在铺设混凝土、砖等重量大的覆盖层。  

  　　三、保温层与结构层相结合：这种方式拥有结构与保温的双重能力，其做法工序较为简单，在制作成本上也相对应的减少。  

  　　坡屋顶保温的特点主要在于其施工，将保温层设计在结构层以上或是结构层以下的同时保温效果依旧好。  

  　　屋面保温日后的使用效果好坏是由施工做法来决定的，下面就一起来了解一下屋面保温是如何施工的吧：  

  　　一、施工之前要准备相应的工具，比如：水平尺、手推车、搅拌机等。  

  　　二、结构层铺设完毕后，将之前预留的吊钩处理掉，在处理的地方进行水泥砂浆的涂抹并进行检查才能铺设保温材料。  

  　　三、进行铺设保温材料，就要将结构层表面的杂质清理干净，再根据弹线从而找出屋面普度走向，从而明确保温层的厚度。  

  　　四、根据屋面保温材料的选择进行相应的铺设，一般松散的保温材料，要分层进行铺设，表面要平整并且要压得实在;板块保温材料铺设时要紧密贴紧且平整;整体保温材料铺设时，搅拌的混合物要均匀的分层铺设并压紧实。  

  　　五、铺设完毕后的屋面保温层要进行养护，并且养护的时间不能少于14天。为了避免保温层的结构被破坏影响保温效果，期间不能在上面行走或是重物堆积。  

  　　很多建筑中都要使用屋面保温材料，那市场上常销售的保温材料有哪些呢?下面就一起来了解一下吧。  

  　　一、聚氨酯板：这种材质的保温材料有橡胶和塑料的双重优势，在隔热、隔音、耐磨等方面比许多合成材料更好，一般使用在家电、纺织、建筑等行业。  

  　　二、挤塑板：主要是用聚苯乙烯树脂和其它添加物制作而成，材料表面呈闭孔式蜂窝结构，根据不同压力从而改变其导热系数，一般使用在钢结构屋面、建筑屋面保温等地方。  

  　　市场上屋面保温材料还有其他的种类，具体的选择就要根据消费者所要应用的地方，为了不影响安装过后的使用情况，还要选择适合的材料才行。  

  　　不少消费者都是第一次进行屋面保温材料的购买，都不太了解其价格是多少?下面就一起来了解一下吧。  

  　　屋面保温价格是根据地区、使用材料、尺寸等因素来决定的，一般在每平方米十几元~几百元之间，比如一些挤塑板价格在300~500/每平方米。具体价格的多少，还是要根据消费者所选材质来决定了，不能因为贪图便宜而选择质量不好的材料。  

  　　与花岗石、人造石等材质的挡水条相比，PVC挡水条的使用寿命相对是最久的。目前市面上PVC挡水条价格一般在80元/米，在同类型的挡水条中价位适中。在安装时，可以选择浅色的地面可以用地砖在地上砌一个台，既好看又不会漏水。  

  　　瓷砖是一种被广泛使用的装饰性建筑材料，因其美观大方的外观而获得人们的青睐。在很多人印象中瓷砖都是用水泥粘上去的，所以一提到瓷砖大家就会想到水泥，甚至会想到一些瓷砖脱落后的水泥印记。其实安装瓷砖是可以不使用水泥的，瓷砖胶就是一种非常好的水泥替代品，瓷砖胶粘力强大，不仅可以粘牢瓷砖，还可以用于石膏板和纤维板等的安装，是一种应用非常广泛的的建材。  

  　　相对水泥而言，瓷砖胶具有诸多优点，比如使用瓷砖胶可以比使用水泥多节约空间，瓷砖胶只要薄薄的一层就可以了，而水泥则要比较厚;瓷砖胶粘力强大，如果施工工艺达标的话，瓷砖粘的非常牢固;还能减少废料，无有毒的添加物，符合环境要求等。  

  　　在施工修边时注意不要过度的挤压，否则容易引起衬垫泡沫棒变形，之后泡沫棒会逐渐恢复，导致密封胶整体鼓起;施工时在施工允许范围内尽量延长修正的时间，同时调整操作，使用刮刀从胶缝下端向上修边，可以避免固化后胶条表面不平整和少量下垂;由于市场上各类型材的不同性，建议客户在使用每批次的胶产品之前，自行进行简易的粘结性试验，在认可产品质量后方可广泛使用，这是在保证工程质量的同时也保障自身的利益。  

  　　瓷砖胶优点多多，相对水泥等传统材料而言工艺先进、节约材料用量、能保证工程质量和利于环境保护，是在房屋装修时的一种很好的选择。但这并不意味着瓷砖胶就是所有人的最佳选择，一方面目前市面上瓷砖胶单位使用成本比水泥要高，另一方面也要考虑到施工工艺的问题，其对施工技术的要求比水泥要高，如果瓷砖胶使用不当，效果就会大大折扣。所以大家在选择使用水泥或者磁转胶时一定要根据自己的实际情况选择最佳的产品为妙。  

  　　1、挂式推拉门由于先装轨道盒再贴砖，外露式轨道盒与砖交接处不好处理，给施工带来一定的难度。由于轨道承受了一定的压力，砖也受力，时间一久，容易导致轨道旁的砖开裂。另外，如果在厨房卫生间等空间内，轨道盒处容易藏污纳垢，油烟积灰等落在上面，给打扫卫生带来麻烦。  

  　　2、推拉门上部的轨道盒尺寸要保证在高12厘米，宽9厘米。像窗帘盒一样，轨道盒内安装轨道，可以将推拉门悬挂在轨道上。如今大多数门或门洞的高度是1.95至2.15米。经验表明，当门的高度低于1.95米时，不管人的身高是多少，都会感觉很压抑，不舒服。因此，在做推拉门时，高度最少要在195+12=207厘米以上，有足够空间做轨道盒才可以考虑做推拉门。否则只能是外部悬挂，即轨道盒露在外面，肯定不美观，而且时间一久，门与墙面的缝隙会变大。  

  　　3、推拉门的宽度有讲究。正常门的黄金尺寸在80厘米×200厘米左右，在这种结构下，门是相对稳定的。如果有高于200厘米的高度，甚至更高的情况下做推拉门，最好在面积保持不变的前提下，将门的宽度缩窄或多做几扇推拉门，保持门的稳定和使用安全性。  

  　　4、慎用由落地到顶的推拉门(明吊轨道盒)。由于推拉时摆动幅度过大，时间一长推拉门容易变形，变形后门就无法开启，也就意味着不可修复和无法使用。  

  　　5、由于滑动门与墙壁或柜体两侧接触，因此，在接触的位置不要有其它的物件阻挡滑动门的关闭。比如柜体内抽屉的位置要避开推拉门相交处，且要高于底板至少1cm;折门柜体内的抽屉距侧壁至少15cm此处还要特别注意墙上的电源开关和插座，若阻挡了滑动门的关闭，应改动开关和插座的位置。  

  　　6、无论您做任何材料的地面，都要保证水平，门洞的四壁也要保持水平和垂直。否则门在安装完成后会出现歪斜的现象。可调节的误差不大于10mm。  

  　　7、在安装位置请不要安装踢角线，石膏线可安装在壁柜上方的封板上，若门直接到顶则不要安装石膏线。  

  　　8、5毫米厚度以下的地毯将所在位置的地毯裁掉直接粘贴下轨。5毫米厚度以上的地毯如安装双轨可直接用螺丝固定在地毯上：如安装单轨则必须将所在位置的地毯裁掉,将地毯处事先放置3-5毫米厚的木条，以便将单轨直接粘贴在上面。  

  　　9、木地板与瓷砖的结合处,这种情况大多出现在阳台与客厅以及卧室和客厅之间,解决办法如下：1、尽量将下轨安装在一种材料上。2、将两种材料中间另加一条与下轨同宽的木板或大理石。厨房部位也可用门槛石。  

  　　玻璃推拉门配件在制作之前我们需要准备很多的材料，没有足够的材料我们是很难将玻璃推拉门制作好的，一般制作玻璃推拉门需要准备滑轨、把手、木框、玻璃胶等等的材料，因为使用玻璃，所以玻璃胶是一个不可或缺的材料，其他如滑轨、把手都应该做好准备。
