  　　桑拿板的用途非常广泛，其最常见的是用于桑拿房，但是作为桑拿房板材使用，最好不要选用樟子松，因为油性较大不适合桑拿房。可做卫生间，阳台的吊顶，但是不建议全部用桑拿板吊顶，推荐局部使用。介于厨房卫浴的特殊性，建议最好选用经过处理的桑拿板。桑拿板也可以用作护墙板，因为其易于安装，且拥有天然木材的优良特性，环保性好，不容易弯曲。所以可以在内外墙板大面积使用。  

  　　那桑拿板能不能用来铺地板呢?  

  　　施工的工艺不允许这样做，室外倒是可以打地龙骨，用螺丝固定。如果室内用，就不太美观。因为螺丝比较大，边口不好收口，没有相应的踢脚线配套。如果也用桑拿板做踢脚的话，也是美观的问题。很大的自攻螺丝，而且价格不一样，导致其他成本跟铺设实木地板一样。  因为桑拿板有的出厂是没做防腐处理的，  一般桑拿板做防腐处理都是浸泡桐油，起拱倒是不会。所以还是建议一般用在卫生间、阳台、吊顶等等，不建议用在铺设地板在阳台或室外，因为耐用性差，还是选用实木地板好  

  　　现在在市面上也逐渐出现了一种可以代替桑拿板的一种新型材料，那就是绿可木。绿可木为用木纤维同塑料混合加温融合注塑而成的材料，生产过程中没有使用含有苯、甲醛、氰等有害物质材料。又称为生态木。绿可木系列产品既有天然木材的自然纹理，又有比天然木材更加突出的优越性：有着防水，防潮，防霉，防变形，防龟裂，防虫，防白蚁，抗酸碱性强，阻燃，耐候性强，抗老化性强，免上染等特殊性能，其性质用途适合大众社区。绿可木不仅可以设计出自然的美感，也可以设计具有现代感的独特效果。但是毕竟绿可木从实际意义上来说不是真正的木材，所以在选择上就要看大家的喜好了。  

      　　简单的吊顶施工工艺步骤：  

  　　清理:在安装之前要清理房间物品以及天花板物品，这是必须的步骤。  

  　　1.  包梁弹线  

  　　2.  寻找螺栓，准备打龙骨包木方  

  　　(这些木工都会的，你可以请他们帮忙)  

  　　3.  桑拿板的施工(其实只要你的桑拿板两端轨道固定，实现你可以在地板上练习拼接。这样只要桑拿板全部到位，然后桑拿板拼接，就完成了。)  

  　　4处理：在拼接缝隙使用填缝。尽量使用与木材显色相配的。最后擦去多余的填缝。  

  　　下面也简单介绍家庭桑拿房的安装及注意事项：  

  　　第一方面：桑拿房的墙壁、天花板和门应当进行适当的绝缘处理。在测算电热器功率要求时，每平方米的未绝缘表面将增加约1.2立方米的体积。  

  　　桑拿房(桑拿房设备包括：桑拿炉、桑拿板、登板、木围栏、地苔板、保温棉、木龙骨等)应当进行适当的防潮处理，目的是防止潮湿的气体进入其他房间或者墙壁的结构，防潮装置应当安装在加热绝缘层和板条之间。  

  　　桑拿房(桑拿房设备包括：桑拿炉、桑拿板、登板、木围栏、地苔板、保温棉、木龙骨等桑拿房)的隔热和防潮装置应当按照下列顺序从外向内安装。  

  　　墙壁隔热层的厚度不应低于50mm，而天花板厚度不低于100mm。  

  　　第二方面：桑拿房通风：  

  　　要想获得舒缓的桑拿效果，桑拿房(桑拿房设备包括：桑拿炉、桑拿板、登板、木围栏、地苔板、保温棉、木龙骨等桑拿房)中应该混合适当比例的热空气和冷空气。通风的另外一个原因就是要吸收电热器周围的空气，将热量传送到房间里较远的一端。空气进出的通风口位置可以根据桑拿房(桑拿房设备包括：桑拿炉、桑拿板、登板、木围栏、地苔板、保温棉、木龙骨等桑拿房)的设计和主人的喜好加以调整。  

  　　2、最好能够使用纸箱或铝箔片作为蒸汽隔离层，安装在绝缘铝箔的上方。  

  　　3、在蒸汽隔离层和内部板条之间最少留出20mm的空气槽。  

  　　4、为防止板条后面聚集潮湿气体，应在墙面板条和天花板之间预留凹槽。  

  　　建议在桑拿房(桑拿房设备包括：桑拿炉、桑拿板、登板、木围栏、地苔板、保温棉、木龙骨等桑拿房)里的板台下方设置排气口，而且尽量远离换气口。排气口可以设置在地板的附近，或通过专门的排气管由地下伸到桑拿房天花板或门下的通风口。在这种情况下，溜槽至少应达到5cm，而且冲凉房应采用强制通风。排气口的尺寸应当为进气口的两倍。  

  　　1、挂式推拉门由于先装轨道盒再贴砖，外露式轨道盒与砖交接处不好处理，给施工带来一定的难度。由于轨道承受了一定的压力，砖也受力，时间一久，容易导致轨道旁的砖开裂。另外，如果在厨房卫生间等空间内，轨道盒处容易藏污纳垢，油烟积灰等落在上面，给打扫卫生带来麻烦。  

  　　2、推拉门上部的轨道盒尺寸要保证在高12厘米，宽9厘米。像窗帘盒一样，轨道盒内安装轨道，可以将推拉门悬挂在轨道上。如今大多数门或门洞的高度是1.95至2.15米。经验表明，当门的高度低于1.95米时，不管人的身高是多少，都会感觉很压抑，不舒服。因此，在做推拉门时，高度最少要在195+12=207厘米以上，有足够空间做轨道盒才可以考虑做推拉门。否则只能是外部悬挂，即轨道盒露在外面，肯定不美观，而且时间一久，门与墙面的缝隙会变大。  

  　　3、推拉门的宽度有讲究。正常门的黄金尺寸在80厘米×200厘米左右，在这种结构下，门是相对稳定的。如果有高于200厘米的高度，甚至更高的情况下做推拉门，最好在面积保持不变的前提下，将门的宽度缩窄或多做几扇推拉门，保持门的稳定和使用安全性。  

  　　4、慎用由落地到顶的推拉门(明吊轨道盒)。由于推拉时摆动幅度过大，时间一长推拉门容易变形，变形后门就无法开启，也就意味着不可修复和无法使用。  

  　　5、由于滑动门与墙壁或柜体两侧接触，因此，在接触的位置不要有其它的物件阻挡滑动门的关闭。比如柜体内抽屉的位置要避开推拉门相交处，且要高于底板至少1cm;折门柜体内的抽屉距侧壁至少15cm此处还要特别注意墙上的电源开关和插座，若阻挡了滑动门的关闭，应改动开关和插座的位置。  

  　　6、无论您做任何材料的地面，都要保证水平，门洞的四壁也要保持水平和垂直。否则门在安装完成后会出现歪斜的现象。可调节的误差不大于10mm。  

  　　7、在安装位置请不要安装踢角线，石膏线可安装在壁柜上方的封板上，若门直接到顶则不要安装石膏线。  

  　　8、5毫米厚度以下的地毯将所在位置的地毯裁掉直接粘贴下轨。5毫米厚度以上的地毯如安装双轨可直接用螺丝固定在地毯上：如安装单轨则必须将所在位置的地毯裁掉,将地毯处事先放置3-5毫米厚的木条，以便将单轨直接粘贴在上面。  

  　　9、木地板与瓷砖的结合处,这种情况大多出现在阳台与客厅以及卧室和客厅之间,解决办法如下：1、尽量将下轨安装在一种材料上。2、将两种材料中间另加一条与下轨同宽的木板或大理石。厨房部位也可用门槛石。  

  　　玻璃推拉门配件在制作之前我们需要准备很多的材料，没有足够的材料我们是很难将玻璃推拉门制作好的，一般制作玻璃推拉门需要准备滑轨、把手、木框、玻璃胶等等的材料，因为使用玻璃，所以玻璃胶是一个不可或缺的材料，其他如滑轨、把手都应该做好准备。
